Mandarin Oriental Macau

Estou curtindo as celebrações do dia das mães com meus filhos. As crianças gostaram muito e a vista do quarto tão deslumbrante. Esta é a nossa terceira vez em mandarim e, claro, voltaremos em breve.

Mif was so warm and helpful. The staff at Mandarin Orential were helpful, attentive and happy. Excellent team and staff at Rica Vida were super helpful without asking he knew I wanted a pot of hot water. Everyone made it super special for our memorable stay.

Helpful and friendly staff at the Mandarin Oriental. Room with great view of the Nam Van Lake. Enjoyed the drinks at Vida Rica’s. Look forward to staying at MO Macau again.

It was our anniversary trip but our trip got off to an inauspicious start with my wife spraining her ankle. But the hotel has been most helpful and thoughtful in attending to all of our needs from providing us with ice packs and bandages to sending over a tube of muscle rub (courtesy of the spa department). Special thanks goes to Roche, Sarah and Shad in the concierge who have been most patient with our various requests for help. Our upmost gratitude also to Karen who has been most helpful in assisting our checking in. Thanks also to Beatrice and Kaye who ensured that the check out process was flawless and smooth (and the nice gentleman who assisted us in getting a taxi). This is by far our most enjoyable hotel stay and all of your staff have done you proud.

First time back to MO since Macau reopening. used to stay once in two-three month. reception services excellent as they checked my profile before arrival and only spent 3 minutes for whole process. Free upgrade room given MO club member.

Have a wonderful time at MO. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ask for late check out due to late flight, was granted extension till 2pm.

We were greeted with steamed towels and left with refreshing fruits. The jacuzzi by the pool was so relaxing and the scenic view in the room made it romantic. A gem in Macau! We will come here again!

Reception very small. Busy check-in!! Was told they will change my room to macau tower view in 1 hour so go for early dinner in their resturant and room will be ready then. To my delight, I They say room won't be Ready take the bay view. Which does not show the tower however in the photo when booking it does!!! Anyway, if they didn't waste my hour I could of good the the room in the first place then head out for dinner. Instead eat rubbish food and waste by time. Very poor service for a 5star hotel. Only thing good was the concierge who booked me a jet boat out 5 hours early to hk instead. Much better hotels about. Deff not this one again
