Stain everywhere, dirty bedsheets, no kettle provides but was mentioned. Broken extra bed was provided. Only good thing was the room was big in size.

Room was very bad maintained, lots of mosquitos and the staffs were not properly trained. The guest was insisted to shift to other room but again the same scenario.

The room provided was very bad and pathetic. There were so many mosquitoes inside the room, the washroom door was not getting closed properly. I did not like the stay at all.

Very dirty rooms,Very smelly and dirty rooms and staff doesn't care about that. Very overpriced. Not worth more than 500 rs.

At prime location and near to lucknow agra expressway. Good quality food with clean restaurant sitting area. Parking available. All aminities available.

Our stay at the hotel was disappointing. The bathroom door latch was broken in two of the rooms that we changed including the room that we finally stayed in, as the booking was prepaid and we did not have an option to change the hotel. Moreover, fixtures like the sink, exhaust and hand jet were dysfunctional, hindering a comfortable experience. On asking for an extra blanket only a single person uncovered blanket was given for two people, also not in the best of hygienic conditions. The rooms lacked proper ventilation. Despite a convenient location and availability of closed parking, these issues significantly impacted the overall satisfaction our stay.

Bathroom condition was horrible. Not a perfect hotel for family. TV was not working, the person who came and checked it but did not turn up. Unnecessary we lost more than 1 hour due to the incorrect address. There was no water the day we check-out and we waited for more than an hour and no proper response from hotel. They arranged breakfast but no plates given ☹️
