Fortune Park Bbd - Member ITC Hotel Group

"This hotel boasts of great location in Hazratganj, with most of the hotspots within few minutes of rikshaw ride. However the Hotel itself feels dated, lacks proper maintenance and needs to improve the overall vibe. The staff gets mixed reviews, while some of the staffers were courteous, many lacked the warmth you associate with ITC. Pool is small but functional. Breakfast spread gives enough options for travellers and taste is good. Overall, this feels like a business hotel than luxury. There are better options available if you want to explore"
