Hotel charges hight rate of small size bed pillow and bed sheet very dirty, reception manager very rude behaviour, door lock not open very hectic stay

Room had a strange smell. The matressss were very uncomfortable and had no proper cushioning. The towels provided were worn out and dirty.

Staff is very courteous, caring, friendly, room's upkeep excellent, clean and hygienic. Receptionist too good an asset to the hotel.

I stayed here for 2 days during my business/official meeting. I have booked a room for 2 person and while checking in i have informed the receptionist mr. Ankit that my colleague is late and will be joining in a short period. As my colleague was late and arrived after 12 hours the receptionist denied to check by stating that you both have to check in together otherwise we have to book another room. They forced us to book another room in a fraudulent manner. As we were getting late for the meeting we have to book another room. Overall they are seeking advantage to just earn money. They are not concerned about providing the service accordingly

Best budget option hotel with excellent services in gomti nagar, lucknow. The location is good.

Property is good and in calm environment. Staff services are polite and offer good services. I enjoyed my stay with delicious food.

Stayed for one night only stay was wonderful. This is favorite hotel for me and our family as it is in calm location. All needed amenities are avalable, rooms are good and food is delicious. I recommend this hotel to all my freinds.

Spacious, clean and well furnished rooms. Clean washrooms with decent toiletries. Great option for both vacationers and business personnel. Cell reception (internet speed) maybe a challenge in some rooms.

I’ve taken one off as the breakfast was pretty average but the rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful too. There was a loud function one night but it didn’t run late. I didn’t have time to make it down to the gym which was a pity.
