Because I was not satisfied with the sanitary condition of the booked homestay at the beginning, I temporarily set up the hotel with the highest price in this small city. The hotel lobby is relatively dim, and I don't know where the door is if I don't take a careful photo, except for a check-in staff at the front desk, the whole lobby is empty. After checking in, I found that the room did not have air conditioning. After understanding, I knew that the hotel was a central air-conditioning guest and could not adjust it by itself, and the air-conditioning was not cooled due to the aging of the equipment. The weather in mid-August was really hot, but fortunately, the room service staff sent a powerful blower intimately, which did ease a little embarrassing situation.

Hotel is typically business, with no bigger attractions (except sauna and gym). The interior is rather modern, with elements of minimalism and industrialism. A lot of space and bright, dim colors. All this makes you feel very comfortable in this place. The rooms are quite large, equipped with a coffee and tea cooking set and a TV. The bathroom is also spacious and comfortable. The hotel serves breakfasts - very tasty, feel high quality ingredients. The choice of food is quite a lot. There is also a restaurant on the hotel, but we have not used it. The large asset is the location of the object- 15 minutes walk to the historic city center. In summary, it is a pretty good base for a visit to Lublin.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel, wspaniała obsługa w recepcji, pokoje duże i ładne. Spore łazienki. W pokojach kącik herbaciano-kawowy dobrze wyposażony, woda mineralna po dwie butelki na osobę co było fantastyczne, gdyż upał był niemiłosierny. Otrzymaliśmy pokój z ładnym widokiem zgodnie z prośbą:) Odległość do starego miasta to około 500m, bardzo blisko. Jedyne minusy to brak pantofli i szlafroków, to byłoby miłym dopełnieniem standardu oraz fatalny zjazd na parking podziemny.

It’s quite a grand place with excellent furnishings. Our luxury room was huge and a delightful place to stay. Staff were most helpful and the breakfast and restaurant were both very good. We were pleased by that since the only downside is the location, well away from the city. It is very near the motorway and there is a frequent bus into town - we used that since it was easier than driving and finding somewhere to park.

Apart from the turmoil, very nice service, large room, clean. Restaurant serves delicious food but only a few dishes. Breakfast delicious but the choice could be bigger. Parking free , large for many cars.In the rooms it is very warm and it is also air conditioning.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food and service good and the building itself is very interesting - how many hotels have you been to that have a synagogue on the premises? Also free parking outside, including for our tour bus, was a bonus. The location is the only drawback, as it is rather far from the town centre. Incidentally, a previous review that rated it terrible seems to have been accidentally given to the wrong hotel - there is no car showroom and a lot more than 2 rooms. This is a large hotel with 24 hour reception, several floors and dozens of rooms. We were a group of 19 all in separate rooms and there were a lot of other guests!

The third time in this hotel (2010, 2014, 2023). And if the previous two visits left a very good impression, this time the word ”horrible” is the softest definition to stay in this hotel. In the night of a turbulent, after a long road, I didn't pay attention to it. When I asked about the money back, I received charges that I allegedly claimed I had come in my car. The conversation was extremely unpleasant. The money was returned to me, But the staff member did not consider it necessary to apologize. From what I can conclude that customers are delighted to be deceived and will be extremely dissatisfied if the guests decide to fight for their rights. Don't count on attention and respect. The standard room was located on the second floor. The bathroom was a nightmare, the shower cabin was half broken, the toilet barely worked. Breakfast in the hotel is not recommended. The price of breakfast is 45 zloty, in the city where cheaper and better. If you need to visit Lublin, I advise you to avoid the Campanile Hotel.
