I’m a health care worker,a group of us stayed in hotel for 5 days, we had wheel chair users that my colleagues and myself had to take care of. I would not recommend this hotel.restaurant staff are very rude and not very friendly,we were made to feel it was an inconvenience to ask for tea or coffee through out the day as tea coffee was only served at breakfast time.the selection of food was very poor. I will never return to this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in Lourdes near the sanctuary, shops and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. Hotel is very clean and has wonderful comfy beds and serves good breakfast in the mornings and wonderful meals in the evening. To get to the hotel you can either take a shuttle bus which goes to the Sanctuary. Once you get dropped at the Sanctuary the hotel is a few minutes walk. The cost for this shuttle bus is about 3 euros. During Easter this shuttle bus is not regular. We had to take a shared taxi from the airport which cost us 12 euros per person, as we had missed the last bus at 7pm. The hotel is also very popular with pilgrims, so for those of you not coming in groups, book early. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone. A special thank you to all their staff for giving us a pleasant stay. We hope to see you again soon.

Lourdes has more than 350 hotels which are nearly full every day because it's a famous pilgrimage site. Only Paris has more hotels in France. Bookings should be made in advance. Eliseo is one of the few 4-star properties. Quite close to the shrine. Clean and comfortable room. One oddity, though: the commode is separate from the bath-room which has a tub, wash basin and a bidet. After relieving yourself you have to come out and go into the bath-room next to use the bidet! There was no mini-fridge, expected of a hotel in that category, and no bath-mat. We were on a package covering all meals which were served at table. Two courses and dessert, quite filling and satisfactory.

We have started at several different hotels in Lourdes & Hotel Eliseo is incomparable. It’s by far the nicest hotel in Lourdes. The staff is phenomenal, caring & attentive. The rooms are lovely, the restaurant is creative & accommodating.

The staff were rude . The food was deplorable . The bar in the hotel never had a barman to serve and had to go to the reception area to seek assistance and was greeted by a very rude man who reluctantly had to assist , there was no atmosphere anywhere, breakfast was poor. There was no dietary requirements provided or asked by staff for any of our meals . Outside bedroom there was a major health and safety risk that was never addressed and ignored. Would advise anyone not to stay here .

The hotel was great. Very close walking distance to Grotto entrance and a lot of shops and restaurants. Our room was clean, airconditioner worked well and my son had his own upstairs room with his own shower. Mauricio who checked us in was wonderful. He gave us a lot of helpful information. I would stay here again and would recommend.

I found the Hotel to be well placed for Lourdes, with shops, restaurants and cafes close by. The Hotel was of a high standard, with a well stocked bar with TV lounge and good food served in the restaurant on the 1st floor. Well recommended for a short stay.

Quite a good location although up a bank to get to it. Spacious lounge and bar - lifts that have a mind of their own especially during busy times, waiters were good and friendly but the food was shocking! The best meal was chicken and chips but otherwise dishes were very bland with little colour or green veg. Salad was a piece of lettuce and occasionally tomato added. The only saving grace was that some of the deserts were delightful and, if you didn't like the choice you could get some Venetta ice cream . No tea, milk or coffee available in the rooms unless you went hunting for it at reception. No hand towels available in the gents toilet on the landing. Decent solarium and room on the top with interesting views but If going to Lourdes again I would try somewhere else.

The location is very near the entrance to the Groto. Lots of options to eat nearby. The hotel is just a place to sleep that is if you can sleep with their stiff cushioned mattress. The rooms doesn’t have any AC as such you have to open the patio Door at your own risk. I never had a good and restful stay.
