Приветливый персонал , красивый вид на Лурд. Есть один момент, диван вместо кровати с матрасом ) потому не выспались, возможно нам попался такой номер. В целом переночевать можно.

Nice and clean appartment, not far from the religious centre of Lourdes. Sufficient car parking and everything is well accesible for wheelchairs (it is Lourdes, after all...). Breakfast was minimal, but ok.

This hotel is one of the best hotels in my life with my family~! It’s really beautiful with wood and everything makes us feel peaceful~! My family will visit here again~!

I learned my lesson for the last time about not checking to see the pool temperature …
It was freezing! Also the pool closes at 7 PM every single night.
The one thing that made my son and I an easy walk into our room was that the hallways are completely blacked out until you move and then a light comes on automatically. But it’s very eerie every time we have to walk to and from the elevator to our room.
I will definitely stay in town closer next time, or wish I would’ve stayed at Ibis.
The only reason why I didn’t was because these guys had a pool which I didn’t get to go into.

The lady at the reception was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely helpful polite and very accommodating. 10/10. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. But she was just great!!! The rooms are more basic than you could imagine. Bedding was well made and clean. Hygiene was not great elsewhere. Lack of toilet paper etc was not a great start but not a complaint. There was a "stink" in the bathroom, I discovered it was toilet brush . The pool area was acceptable. The breakfast for €12 was ok, not fantastic. The location was a bit far from the Grotto. We had to get a taxi each night as after a day of walking in the town centre the walk uphill was too much for any if us. The overall facilities are in need of repairs and an option to purchase a box of basic items would have been good, such as coffee butter milk etc.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The sofabed was actually comfortable and the linens were very clean.
It rained the day we were there, so we didn't use the pool, but it looked very clean and spacious.
There is a really nice bakery just 2 minutes walk from the hotel to the main road.
Delicious croissants and hot coffee!
The hotel seems well designed and situated for people visiting the nearby downtown and Sanctuary of Our Lady which is just 15 minute walk away ... Lots of shopping and food.
We really liked Casa Italia and Au Roi Albert for dinner.
Would stay there again.
