We requested cleaning staff return in15 mins on one occasion or when convenient, as i
was in the shower. We realised language might be a barrier, so also asked reception to pass on message. They said they would, when we returned in the evening the cleaning had not been done. We were unable to open safe on our last night with our code, tried to phone reception but phones turned off. Got dressed and went down to reception( needed our passports etc) as we were leaving early in the morning. The night porter was very nice but unable to help as he didn't know where master key was, a couple off hours later he found it and opened the safe. This saga went on from around midnight to 2 or 3 a.m. Needless to say it was a very stressful situation.
