The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a well - appointed bathroom. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to offer assistance. Not bad, and might come again.

回滬路上定了這裏，老酒店改建的房間有點小，衹有一個凳子！全家回房間就衹能在床上了！前台接待很熱心的介紹了周邊飯店！，衞生打掃的很乾凈！阿姨還熱心的多給了我兩瓶水！就是早餐品種太少了豆漿牛奶都是冷的！現煮麪條混沌都沒有！還好離萬寶一步之隔！

The location of the Berna Hotel (Longyan Marlborough Plaza) is superb, more than ten kilometers away from the high-speed rail station and ten minutes away. There are three commercial cities around, which are super convenient for eating and shopping. The staff has a good service attitude and the room is large and comfortable. The only small regret is that there is a charge for cable TV. It is not convenient to watch the news, but it does not affect the overall experience. It would be more perfect if the TV could be watched for free!

酒店位置距離中山路很近，停車場停車位較多但擁擠，停車場出場禁左需注意。 房間裝修屬於傳統風格，長時間使用已有缺陷。洗手盆底部滲水，滴漏一地都是，打掃衞生的人員居然沒有關注沒有上報，還需要住店人自己來報。 房間內帶有一台電腦，但是我自帶了一台，發現無線網絡有偶爾斷連的情況，看見桌上有一根網絡線，插上發現無反應，等到要退房時發現，網線另一頭居然是連在房間自帶的電腦上的，你這根線存在的意義呢？ 房間內能聽到頻繁不持續的嗡嗡聲，不知道是哪個設備產生的噪音。衞生間排氣扇聽不見聲音，不確定是否正常運轉，但是衞生間氣味需要很久才能排散。 房間內電源插座位置比較奇特，一側牀頭櫃的插座位置位於牀頭櫃後面，需要把牀頭櫃挪出來才可以用到。沙發區域的插座在沙發後面，需要把沙發換個位置才能用到。電視劇懸臂給人一種不牢靠的感覺（因為背板四個螺絲扣衹用到兩個） 入住當天開車進場，門口迎賓人員在地面停車場四處晃蕩，不知道在做什麼，就是沒有引導，我開車到側面發現沒位置，在拐角倒車轉回了相當長一些時間，迎賓人員也毫無反應。開車停到他旁邊，開窗問詢，他居然也沒有第一時間注意力集中，相對於晚上的迎賓人員根本是兩種水平，是因為晚上有宴席嗎？前台服務很熱情。電梯在1樓和房間樓層抵達時沒有提示音，等待電梯到來時如果沒有關注，常錯過電梯，比較麻煩。

The hotel is at a good location but not the hotel cos almost all the didi don’t come in to this alley and not aware of this hotel Hotel is very pretty and room is very nice There’s a free pickup from the train station which is very nice and plus point for the hotel However the staff needs more training in terms of their services and professionalism. Their standard is obviously not at the hotel’s level. When I reach on the first day, the young lady and gentleman that assist us with the check in is nice and friendly. However after that it’s always an older plump lady that is at the front desk during the day and her attitude doesn’t makes me comfortable. I was writing something to pass to her and she keep rush me to be faster and the way she talks makes me feels as if I’m at a market instead of hotel. And also the aunty that manned the laundry area. When I was washing my clothes around 3-4pm, she said I occupied both laundry pod and other ppl can’t wash it. I told her nicely that I will come and take out the cloth on time. I mean there’s so many ppl that leave their clothes in the laundry and dryer pod after clean and dried for hours or overnight. Doesn’t that occupied the pod as well and others cant use it? Then she still continues to nag and said me about using both pod. Once again I told her nicely the same statement. Then she continues again and keep repeating the same thing to me over and over again and I snap back at her only she stop. What’s wrong with her? There’s a saying 给你脸 你还蹬鼻子上脸了？以为我很好欺负吗？Please give more training to both of the staff so they don’t ruined the reputation of your hotel. And there’s a staff that told me to pay for the lost card. I misplaced a card before with other hotel and never been told to pay for it. They just simply void the card. It’s only 10-20 rmb which is not a lot tho but it really ruins my impression for this hotel. I mean this hotel is very pretty and I would love to stay there again if I’m visiting Lonyan again but with this kind of staff around, I will think twice before deciding my stay next time. I stayed Wanda and Fliport Hotel in Lonyan before and the price for these 3 hotels doesn’t difference much but their staff definitely handle customer with more professionalism and better attitude

I chose this mountain forest house with the object for a long time, completely exceeding expectations, too suitable for couples to escape for a short trip! The whole cabin is hidden in the whole forest, the black wood building and the greenery of the mountains are just right, and all the fatigue is removed instantly when you walk into the room along the wooden ladder. The large alien floor-to-ceiling windows face the mountains and forests, lying on the bed full of healing green, awakened by the breeze in the forest in the morning, the atmosphere is directly full. The terrace private soup is our favorite surprise. In the evening, accompanied by the mountain forest fog bubble soup, there is a tea set next to it to chat, quiet and quiet, there is a sound of insects, romantic and private. The interior logs are soft and simple, the layout is clean and tidy, the details are attentive, the tea set by the window, the healing reading book, and the casual shot is a large film of a couple's atmosphere. The park is one step at a time, and the koi waterfall and terraced lawn can be visited everywhere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and there is no noisy crowd. The whole process is super private, the butler service is intimate and thoughtful, quiet and not disturbed. Two days of hiding in the mountains and forests alone with your lover, slow down to drink tea, walk, soak in private soup, and put aside all trivial things. It is the relaxation romance of our two people. It has been included in the second brush list. It is highly recommended for couples to empty it!

The service details of this hotel are so intimate! The taxi fare at Longyan Station can be reimbursed, and the process is smooth and not delayed. This must be praised. There is a self-service coffee in the lobby bar to drink. Although I didn't have time to drink, the options provided were quite rich. In the evening, there is a warm heart buffet supper, porridge and side dishes are matched properly, suitable for late guests to cushion their stomachs. The room facilities are well maintained, the bedding is comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is unexpectedly good. The fitness equipment is complete and can meet the basic exercise needs. The overall stay experience exceeded expectations, whether it is business travel or leisure vacation is worth recommending.

I enjoyed my short stay here. It was very conveniently located to the train station. However, it was hard to find foods so I had to order food online. The hotel is very clean, but my room did smell a little bit like smoke. So I had to keep the window open, but unfortunately the window screen was a bit broken so some mosquitoes came in. But once the smell was mostly out, it was a really pleasant stay. The bathroom was really clean and the bedding was spotless. Watching TV was also nice and I really enjoyed the breakfast. It was delicious. One of the best I've had actually!
