雖然有心理準備，但還是沒想到這麼差，環境差，衞生差，走廊裏一股怪味，設施老舊有心理準備，船上的工作人員都懶懶散散沒有服務意識，停車額外收費30美金/天，總之就是別去就對了，千萬別去，寧可邊上訂個酒店，然後花一小時參觀一下，真的，一小時足夠了，千萬別住船上

The Queen still rules! Still a classy place to spend the night, with plenty to see and do while on board. Yes, the walls are paper thin and you will hear your neighbors. But aside from that, it’s a delightful experience. Make sure to check out the museum space in and around the Engine Room, which is otherwise easy to miss. Several places to eat and many options for entertainment, including tours and even a seance experience — which we enjoyed.

Great experience but a bit too pricey considering the antique utilities. I couldn’t shower after my boyfriend since the water never went down the drain. The heater & ac don’t work but they warn you at check in. They charge $200 for damage (it’ll be refunded after they check the room), $30 a day for parking which I think if you’re staying at the hotel, it should be waived. And $18.95 a night for historical preservation fee. It all adds up and when it does it turns into “at least we did it once”. Besides the pricing & utilities, it was beautiful and fun.

I do not feel that the price I paid to stay there overnight. The conditions of the room were on the same level. I was a bit disappointed that the light fixtures in my room did not work properly, and the sink in the bathroom did not drain very much. It just seemed a little rundown and I don’t think the price point for what our accommodations were were worth it, and I can’t say that I would ever stay the night there again.

We loved the historical aspect but the lack of heat was very uncomfortable. Yes we understand it is a 90 year old property but we were extremely cold. Something has to be done. I can only imagine it is the opposite in the summer. Then to top it off the elevators broke. We had to walk down 3 flights of stairs. Thank goodness there were people to help us carry our luggage. We have no idea how people with mobility issues would have gotten out. The hotel needs to be closed until these problems are resolved as it is unsafe.

We slept so well on the glorious old deco Queen Mary, and very much enjoyed the combination of an incredibly friendly and helpful staff, classic art deco decor throughout including in our room, opportunities to explore all corners of the ship on our own to learn about her glamorous and varied history that includes a very significant role in World War II, drinks with a view at the Observation Bar, and that the port holes in our room opened! Check your snobbery at the door and immerse yourself in the historical experience that is the Queen Mary.

It was beautiful to see the Ship for how old it is my wife and I had great time, it was convenient cause we were leaving the next day for cruise to the Mexican riviera it’s a 7 day cruise. Great experience love it.
