This hotel is brand new and shiny, still smelling with fresh paint. Everything was perfect: the location at the very centre of Łódź, a beautiful and clean room, friendly staff at the bar and tasty breakfasts. What personally touched me was a framed vinyl record on the wall in my room :-) In my opinion this hotel is more than 3* and I will definitely choose for my future stays in Łódź. The only remark I have is that the way to the hotel lobby could be marked slightly better. The lobby is not on the ground level and it's not obvious that you have to take a lift and press the L button to get there.

Excellent 4-star hotel, perfect location (next to the Manufaktura) which is within a walking distance to the shopping mall and lots of restaurants, and also a short distance to Piotrkowska street. The hotel itself is located in the old factory, nicely renovated and decorated. The rooms are very good with spacious bathrooms and bathtubs in every room. The reception team was very helpful and greeted you with a smile. Housekeeping service was amazing and they give you a little treat whenever you skip a cleaning day :) One of the best things in the hotel amongst staff, rooms and amazingly located swimming pool (rooftop) was breakfast. Very fresh and has lots of options to choose from (meat lovers, vegans and vegetarians). So it is worth it to get breakfast at the hotel. Overall I recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to visit Lodz, it's ideally located between two major attractions and plenty of restaurants around. The staff was very helpful. Fantastic swimming pool and spa centre. Everything you would expect from a 4-star city break-style hotel.

This is a relatively new hotel, located not far from the main train/coach station, in the traffic free commercial area. The amazing Manufaktura shopping district and other main tourist attractions are all within 10-15 walking distance. The hotel room facilities are modern and efficient. The private bathroom is of decent size and serves the purpose. The bedding is basic, but modern (each bed has its own power and usb outlets) and comfortable. The one thing the Hotel should improve is to provide coffee machine, or water kettle, and/or bottled water.

We stayed here for one night at the weekend, the room was nice and clean, liked the decor, the bathroom towels were falling apart though! The lady on reception was nice however we went to the restaurant to get a table for two and the guy who worked in the restaurant was extremely rude for no reason at all. The restaurant was full apparently after being told to go down and get dinner, so we asked where else locally we could go, he said he didn’t know… ‘I don’t know’ offered nothing else… I asked the two women working with him (who were not busy at this moment) then said they didn’t know. Rude and unhelpful and very awkward! We left and the receptionist called us a taxi and we went to an amazing restaurant called Brednia about 5 minutes away. Food and drinks there and service wonderful! Came back to our room (17) Couldn’t get to sleep as there were really loud groups in the lobby which was next to our room. A call to reception didn’t help and the noise carried on. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend sadly.

Location: at the bottom of the main street (itself about a mile long), located next to numerous attractions and many tram routes (Piotrkowska station), 20-30 minutes walk from the main Fabryczna station or a 3 zloty 10 minute trip on tram 18B (every 15 minutes). Couldn't ask for a better location. Check-in: very quick, room keys were already prepared. I do not do on-line check in with Accor as it usually screws up any ALL bonus point offers. This Ibis has retained a proper reception desk which is a much better and quicker level of service as staff have everything they need to hand, rather than roaming around with a tablet. Room: Typical Ibis colours and furnishings, if you've stayed in one Ibis you've stayed in them all! Only thing I would change is getting rid of the waterproof lining on top of the comforter on the bed. By the third night that was getting a little annoying. Design: the hotel is a huge atrium, and on three sides it only has rooms facing out, and the fourth side it also has rooms facing inwards too. I don't think I'd like to stay in these, However as a design I really liked it. Breakfast: another plus, decent selection of hot and cold breakfast items. Really tasty mixed fruit salad is particularly memorable. Staff worked very hard clearing tables and refilling all the food items. They couldn't have worked any harder or faster. Only had one quick drink in the bar so can't comment much. I think the restaurant was closed as they were advertising to use the Novotel next door. So, location, design, price, and yes ALL status recognition, this maybe my favourite Ibis hotel....

We spent a weekend in this hotel and our stay was okay. It’s in a perfect central location so the main street Piotrkowska is just few minutes away by walk. The staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful, we also had a tasty breakfast and used spa facilities. Our room was clean although in my opinion it could be renovated. In general, I recommend this hotel.

the room and breakfast was great! service very helpful! Bed and bedding great and very clean (10/10) Problems: no charging of electric cars in the paid underground garage (due to company policy). there are 2 ev chargers but the sockets are turned off as usual. in the room the fan sometimes squeaks about the air conditioning. every now and then the light in the bathroom turns on for no reason. in each! I stayed there 30x! Attention: when leaving the hotel there is ALWAYS someone standing and smoking cigarettes, so if you are going on a date, prepare perfume for your handbag. ashtray too close to the front door. when ordering a taxi, it's better not to be late because the driver will be waiting for you all the time in the WORKING car.!

Center City location. Very new . Very modern. Extremely helpful personnel. Full buffet breakfast was included in the rate. Food was very repetitious but Fresh and plentiful. Getting eggs made to order was never an issue. I would have like to have some smoked fish available but I managed with cold cuts and cheeses . The only three negatives were: The bath towels could have been larger and softer and the shower area in its quest to be modern had only 3 sides thus making it difficult not to splash the water on the bathroom floor. Finally the Bath soap bar should have been larger. Overall a very pleasant experience and I truly recommend it.

The hotel in genaral is pretty good, facilities on highest standard but... The air conditioning in rooms does not change a thing - it was extremly hot in the rooms - not only in ours (our friends on different floor on different side of the hotel had the same problem). Staff on the reception and room service were very polite but those and the restaurants were somewhow inpolite and unprofessional. Waiter in the ”fancy” restaurant treated us like a guests of second category - he had problem with everything and we had to wait extremely long for our dishes. Waitress in the main restaurant tried to take our plates while we were eating (asking if we already finished). This is pretty strange when you look at prices - it was very expensive as for such meals. The pool and the spa were great and especially the life guard who was extremely helpful (very nice older man).
