Hotel Best Lloret Splash

Lovely, everything's close at hand. Great pools. Food was excellent. Close to town. Kids club was very good. I would recommend this for a family holiday or for a couple who didn't mind kids playing. The rooms were really well planned out and big.

Amazing hotel staff so friendly and kind food was same but it was ok. Pools are fab my little one loved the pools room was quite big balcony was massive would definitely be back fab hotel the pool bar was good food in the food bar was ok entertainment was ok bingo was fun

Staying here at the minute. Absolutely nightmare trying to get luggage up to room. Up a hill and total unsuitable for anyone with disabilities. Food is very poor went for first dinner tonight and food was cold. Soup was horrible cold and greasy. Selection of drink at bar very poor. Wont be back .The balcony is so tiny and we are overlooking a car park. Definitely not 4 star would give it a 2.

The staff are all so friendly. This was our 3rd year in a row and we'll be back next year too! We didn't go all inclusive the 1st year and did say trips etc. The best days we had that year was when we didn't leave the hotel so for the last two years we went all inclusive and didn't leave the hotel. Absolute bliss! Saved us a fortune compared to the first year too. Our son has autism and loves the place. With all the waterslides, the little soft play area, pool tables and kids entertainment on an evening he loves it and generally, if he's happy, we're all happy. As I said at the start though, it's the staff that make it, from the reception, to the restaurant, pool side bar, life guards, well all the staff, they are all so friendly and make us feel so welcome every year! The hotel is lovely. Clean, good selection of food at dinner. Breakfast was the same each day but not bad. Coffee machins, juices, pancakes bacon eggs bread cheeses, meats and cereals. Rooms decent size. Pool and slides are fab however, it’s quite slippy round those areas lots of kids and adults fell. It definitely needs more grip mats around. Good selection in the bar area of hot food, drinks and ice cream. The evening entertainment is pretty naff. The hotel is up high so when you walk down to beach and tourist shops be prepared for the walk back! Staff are nice enough. Mornings are pretty civilised with loads of seats available without having to be up early to reserve!

Generally very very happy with our stay. Hotel was clean throughout, roomsize was as expected for a hotel of this sort, staff were friendly and food was more than adequate ( especially considering we are vegetarians).... Plenty of space around the pool - the kids had an amazing time. We very much enjoyed . A short 10 minute walk to the beach and shops, this hotel is very well positioned. Close enough to the nightlife to enjoy it, but not too close to be disturbed by it . How could it have been 5 stars from me ? Hotel entertainment wasn't great. Pretty much non existent during the day and repetitive at night. Also, food needs to be labelled better ... For some foods there was no indication exactly what it was you were eating ( type of fish, or fillings in the spring rolls etc ) .... But these are minor things and really shouldn't deter you from booking.

Excellent hotel and very welcoming staff. Rooms were comfortable & clean, perfect for a week in the sun ☀️ Swimming pool was great, loved by all! Food was tasty, plenty of choice. Only downside for us was the lack of night time entertainment….fine for 3/4 year olds.

We visited Best Lloret Splash hotel in July as a family of 4 , 2 children ages 4&9. The pools are fantastic especially the children splash pool. Big slides where perfect for my older child. We had both of our children in swim shoes which helped with the slippery floor and didn't have many issues (but kids do run). Drinks where great, slushes on the all inclusive where a winner for my kids. Pool bar food is served from 9am - 7pm which has nuggets, toasties, chips, burgers, hot dogs ext and is fantastic for children. There is an all inclusive menu for ice creams but you can also purchase branded ice creams where you do get a massive discount on (think we paid around 1 euro each) Rooms are clean and well looked after, hotel fridge didn't go very cold but wasn't an issue as they have ice cold water dispensers where you fill up your water every night to take back to the room. They provided me with warm milk every night for my little one who still has milk in a bottle for bed with no questions asked. Our room was at the back of the hotel and was fantastic for us, nice and quiet. Plenty of wardrobe space and clean towels and sheet daily. Entertainment - I have seen so many posts about entertainment that it was rubbish and was no night life! We had a fantastic time, children disco was every night (except Mondays I think) which was the same with HUGO the dragon coming out for photos. After the mini disco there was a different act on every evening, ed Sheehan tribute, dancers, Disney character evening ext. Lloret De Mar has a nightlife of clubs, bars ext which is a 10 minute walk for people who want more but for a family of 4 and the age children I have the hotel provided great entertainment. Staff where fantastic, always accommodating to anything we asked for. Food was typical all inclusive food. Always provided pizza, pasta ext for children every evening which was great for us as we always had something to fall back on. Each evening had a different cuisine on for food, Mexican night, seafood, grill ext. Mini market shops just outside the hotel where you can buy inflatable things fir the pools which the hotel allows and many I have been to before don't. Not to expensive either which was great. Plenty of unbrella's but you can also purchase your own from the shop which alot of people seemed to do. All round a fantastic hotel, throughly enjoyed our stay and perfect for families.

Very good family hotel, with fast and effective service :) location is good , 10 minutes walk from the main swimming beach, also 10 minutes walk from the center of the town. The rooms are large and the balcony is good. Pool is quite large and even in the peek hours you will always find your space on the many sunbeds in the pool area. Good food in the pool bar and nice welcoming team
