We stayed at the Encantada for a week with 2 children under 12 and had a fantastic time. Check in was slow but the staff were so friendly throughout. Our room was clean and well presented with a sun veranda and very comfy beds. Our towels and bedding were changed daily and the general maintenance of the whole resort was perfect. We were half board, you can choose between dinner or tea by letting reception know each morning, we mostly opted for dinner becausewe found tea from 7pm too late for younger children. The breakfast was a general buffet style with weak coffee but we've come to expect this from Spanish hotels, however the dinner and tea were lovely every day, great selection of all cuisines. Some pre-made food wasn't hot but there was a bar cooking fresh meat and fish to order which was delicious. The pool could not be faulted, perfect for children with an amazing splash pool and shallow areas, we also found the pool bar to be reasonably priced for drinks and snacks (the coffee served here is spot on). The hotel is only a short walk to the beach with plenty of shops, supermarkets and eateries in the area. We can't wait to return next year.

Excellent location,2 minutes from the bus station and 6 minutes walking from the beach,centric,the normal buffet breakfast,the only thing to improve is cleaning,the bathroom was very clean that if but it was missing, The only incident is that it is a hotel where you stay young tourist and don't know how to be **** , less badly I received the arrangement immediately and we could relax very pleasantly.

Was slightly apprehensive what to expect after reading some negative reviews before going but was definitely pleasantly surprised and we ended up having a great time. We arrived after midnight and was welcomed with food parcel and big bottle of water for the room. Nice surprise after a long day travelling. Rooms are basic and not luxurious but that was expected. However they are comfortable and cleaned to a high standard everyday. The cleaners was always pleasant and smiled and greeted us too which was lovely, they do a smashing job. Fridge in the room nice and cold. TV had some English channels on too. The food is great, such a great variety at breakfast, lunch and dinner. I don’t think anyone would struggle to find something they like. We was really impressed with the quality and verity. Can get busy at certain times but still never struggled to get a table. Cocktails are great and worth getting the all inclusive package for alone. Unsure why bottled water is only available from the inside bar from 9pm-11pm but it’s not a big deal there’s plenty of shops near by if you want to stock up on waters. Slides are great fun for the kids and adults. Plenty of sun loungers to go around didn’t once struggle to get one no matter what time of day. Poolside ones was a little trickier to get as people go for those first as soon as the outdoor area opens at 9. Ceaser in the entertainment team is a great guy. He had us all laughing and we looked forward to seeing him. His vibes and energy is 100%. We aren’t one for taking part in activities usually but my partner did here and loved it every time. Kids will honestly love this place regardless I can’t see how they wouldn’t. And if you go with an open mind you will have a great time. Only feedback would be regarding the unpleasant smell that seems to come and go in certain area’s which isn’t the end of the world as it isn’t constant but would rather not have if it can be helped.

My wife and I had misplaced a passport at Barcelona airport but only realised it on the way to Hotel Marsol. You can imagine how we felt. We were lucky to have been booked at Marsol because the assistance and support we had at reception from Aron and Racula could not have been better. They were the right people at the right place at the right time. They were calm and sympathetic and gave us wise advice. They knew the best way to go through the steps of locating or replacing a passport, the best forms of transport to take and made all the bookings for us so that all the thinking and planning was done for us. We wouldn't have known where to start. They helped us with the little things too. Aron offered to take our washing home and do it for us when we couldn't find a laundromat. Raluca had a picnic made for us to take on the early train back to Barcelona that left before the breakfast buffet opened. These little acts of kindness made a world of difference to us. There's more to Marsol than Aron and Racula, such as the location and the restaurant and bar, but what we will never forget was the service we got when we needed it most.

I booked a family holiday hotel with my little infant so excited for the swimming pool ect had a long journey coming to the hotel to book in and them telling me I don't have a bloody reservation booked clearly I have come to this guitart central aqua park hotel cuz I have a booking spent 1 hour trying to sort things out along with a crying baby whose had a long day of traveling bloody hotel manager was DISGUSTINGLY Rude and Pathetic telling me to leave and go elsewhere as no rooms available I showed them my booking from my email and phone but they wasn't interested at all absolutely jokes. I explained I am a heart patient with a long term disability they didn't care less they was more worried to get me out of there reception. DO NOT BOOK with this hotel THEY ARE FRAUDS THEY ARE SCAMMERS A BUNCH OF LIARS WHO WILL TAKE ALL OF YOUR MONEY they have conned me I will take further action against them. I have been discriminated by my health and disability along with the colour of my skin. They say customer service is key and very important to them yet that's how I have been treated unfairly Is that how you treat your BLOODY Customers DO NOT BOOK
