Great location only a couple of minutes walk from Lime Street. Room was spotless bed was so comfortable. Room was nice and quiet. Easy easy access to Liverpool city centre . Staff were amazing so helpful and can’t do enough for you. Thank you to Sam & Nadine for the 5 star service. Great price would highly recommend this Premier Inn for a City Centre stay.

Great location next to Lime street station. Super handy for shopping, restaurants & pubs. About a 20 min walk to the Albert Dock. Premium room was as expected & had everything we needed. Staff were friendly & helpful. What’s not to love.

I would stay here again for the sheer fact it’s sooooo very close to the train station and the food was excellent. I didn’t like the tub in our room, it’s too high off the floor and not wide to stand safely in. The carpet is old, and the door frame was odd at the door knob, like they retrofitted new electric door knobs. Check in & customer service was okay… not as great as London Blackfriars.

Stayed on the ground floor the noise from the Irish Bar across the room was very loud and annoying. Hotel was full so couldn’t be moved. Staff said it should stop when bar closes at 10 or 11 pm. Not good when I had to be up at 6 to catch an early train…

The room was clean, modern and comfortable. Despite the low price, and being fully booked, it was quiet and you got tea/coffee, wifi and air con, as well as extra pillows. We didn't eat here, but the restaurant looked clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, giving advice on getting about the city and getting too and from Anfield (shuttle bus available on match days, a couple of minutes walk from hotel, took less than 10 mins). Conveniently located over the road from Lime street station, off site parking is available within a 2 minute walk, and it only costs £5.50 for 24 hours if you pre register. At this price, no complaints. More than what you'd expect.
