Travelodge Liverpool Central the Strand

Good stay handy location for the events arena & Liverpool 1 . Reasonable buffet breakfast. Only thing which slight let it down was the shower curtain had quiet visible marks all down it like recent paint which came off in the water!

位於市中心，旁有購物中心，緊鄰碼頭，因為附近有政府機構，治安相對安全。 樓下有Tesco express 開到晚上11點，不論是購買早餐還是宵夜都很方便。 服務人員親切的給了我們高樓層的景觀房。 房內整體舒適。 不方便的部分是吹風機要向櫃檯提前借。 浴室沒有提供任何清潔用品，且濕氣悶很久的臭味需要改進。

Strange having reception on 1st floor not ground floor. Room. beds, bathroom, chairs all in good order. Breakfast more than adequate, but only scrambled eggs - no fried.

The hotel was nice and clean and the room was decently sized all was well until me and my partner were going to bed it sounded like the window was open you could hear all the external noise from the traffic and could even here people talking outside and we were on the 4th floor but I wouldn’t return because of the external noise I’m pregnant so I slept as I’m always tired but my boyfriend didn’t get a wink is sleep we was awake all night from the external noise

When we arrived at the hotel they didn’t have a specific room ready for us. We arrived late, at around 23:30 or so but I had called the hotel that morning to let them know. They gave us a room, and when we went up to it there was people in it. Firstly, this shows a terrible level of organisation and also a lack of care towards people’s safety staying in your hotel. If someone walked into my room like that at midnight I’d be terrified. When we returned to the front desk to get this sorted your staff didn’t even apologise until prompted. We had to wait about 15 minutes, after which we were given a room that we were only allowed stay in for one night and were told we had to move rooms the next day. The room we were put in wasn’t even clean, there was hair in the shower stuck to the wall and the shower curtain was mouldy. The second room we were put in smelled terrible. I booked this trip two months in advance, a room should be assigned and none of these issues should have occurred. I will never be staying in any travelodge again.
