I booked this property for two nights, but only stayed there one because it was so terrible. Once I walked up the stairs to my room, there was an unlit anteroom with a broken lock that led to my room. So I had to use my phone to figure out the door to my actual room. That wasn't a great start. The non-smoking room stank of smoke, and since it was past 8 there was no property manager on-site. I knew I was stuck in this room for the night, and when I e-mailed the property manager to ask to be moved the following night, he assured me there had been no complaints in the past, and therefore the room couldn't possibly smell of smoke, and anyway, the property was completely full and I couldn't move rooms. In the 12 hours I was there, I didn't see or hear anyone else, so I don't know how the property was full, but maybe that was just unlucky. Having opened the windows to air out the room, I then needed to turn on the heat, but no heat was forthcoming. There were no spare blankets, so I filled my water bottle with the scalding hot tap water from the kitchen sink and tossed that under the covers to generate some heat. All good, but the plumbing in the kitchen was installed without a proper vent, apparently, so there was a non-stop gurgling noise that I finally muffled by stuffing a pillow in the sink. It was a terrible experience. The assistance I received from ********** was actually worse. I'm posting this here because I can't review the property on their website. I got an e-mail saying I had until 11/22/2022 to review it, but after I called to explain how bad it was and could I get some consideration, I guess they moved that date up, because the website tells me the review period is past. Don't stay here, unless you're prepared for some extremely rough accommodations, and don't use **********. That's my review.
