Don't be fooled by this place. It's an absolute joke. Half of these Five Star reviews are fake. Upon arrival, after 20 hours of travel, we were greeted with a dirty apartment, that looked NOTHING like the pictures. Our LARGE two bedroom apartment was microscopic. Narrow hallways, bedrooms that fit a bed, living room/kitchen that has room for half a table and 2 seater "couch" with no room to move. But all of that isn't even why they get a 1 star review. Here you go :) 1. NO HOT WATER. When we arrived, and needed to shower to wash all the travel off before we climbed in bed exhausted... we had no hot water. Me, my wife, and kids all had to take FREEZING COLD showers because the hot water "wasn't turned on and needs 30 minutes to warm up" according to management. WHY DIDN'T YOU TURN IT ON THEN YOU GENIUSES? lol. It's not like they didn't know we were coming. ALSO, once i "turned it on" and then waited for 30 minutes, still no hot water. THEN I waited for two hours. Still no hot water. THEN I waited for security to come up and fix it. Which they tried, but STILL NO HOT WATER. I stayed up until 4:30am, researching/googling how to fix it myself (it wasn't getting proper power and needed a system reset). Cool. 2. WIFI is a joke. If you're hoping to access the internet at all. Good luck. 3mbps UP / 1mbps DOWN / 200ms PING (if you're not techy... that is VERY VERY VERY SLOW INTERNET) 3. The water coming from the bathroom sinks smells like sulphur. 4. They're sketchy and misleading. For example, they claim "FREE PARKING" but it's a $20/night parking complex which they claim you pay for, and then send them a recipet and your bank details and they're send you back the money. Nope. They won't even respond to me asking to speak to management about some type of solution to my hot water issues... 5. And you can just tell they take ZERO care of the units. It's some company looking to do as little as possible. Just a million little things... like all the clocks in the apartment are broken, the iron leaks water, the sofa is dirty and uncomfortable, drywall messed up, dirty windows/blinds, bathroom sinks that don't drain, etc. TLDR? AVOID THIS PLACE. There are SO many other options all around the city. Trust me.

Chose this place for excellent location and fair price for our three night stay in Liverpool. We had a two bed apartment which was quite spacious and very clean. Plus a fully equipped kitchen including fridge freezer. Our only issue was the shower water release switch didn't work which we reported on our first day. We were told someone would come and fix it the next day but no one came at all. Would stay here again its only 10 minutes walk from Lime St railway station too. Plus near lots of shops, bars and nice restaurants.

From the start communication was poor, we were not told of carpark details until an hour before we were allowed too check in, we were also then told we had too make full payment on the phone an hour before check in, so we were shopping around Liverpool and had too sort payment out in the middle of the street,also u have too pay up front for carpark and then claim it back. The apartment was nice, big and in ideal position for restauranta etc.. In lovely quaint place. Unfortunately we were booked in for 2 nights but checked out after 1 night as the noise from a large group of boys was horrendous from 12am until 5am in the morning, not a place for families and if u want a peaceful nights sleep. No offer too refund us, we had too book another hotel room. Not great at all.

Centrally placed location with parking a short walk away close by. Craig was very helpful, with excellent instructions for the parking. Well equipped apartment with everything we needed for our two night stay. Will be back next time we visit :)

Apartment easy to find, thankfully it wasn’t raining when we arrived as the car park isn’t closed by. When arrived we couldn’t get into the building, however that was my fault as I didn’t add the # before the code. However I did call twice and left a voice message stating that we couldn’t gain access but nobody called us back, despite it being a 24 hour help line. Thankfully one of the owners in the apartments let us in. Apartment was better than we thought due to reading the previous reviews, very clean and everything we needed. However sofa really needs to be replaced, very uncomfortable and the layout of the seating area could be better if people wanted to watch the television. Due to sofa being so uncomfortable, the apartment definitely wouldn’t accommodate 6 people. Extremely noisy neighbours between 1am and 4am on both nights, on the floor above. No sound proofing at all. Obviously expected a bit of noise due to location but didn’t expect to hear the people above as if they were in the same room. Going home extremely tired. It also states Free Parking, however it’s in a multi storey car park and you have to claim the parking fee back afterwards. This definitely wasn’t straight forward, had to send off the proof of payment ( a photo of the receipt) and bank details. I ended up sending it to 3 different phone numbers and was told each time that the company would pass on the information to the accounts department. 6 days later and we finally got the refund after having to chase them every day. Would give the apartment a 3 due to the location and cleanliness but would definitely not stay here again.

Stayed for two nights nice clean apartment excellent locality . Internet does don’t work to on the first day . Central heating wasn’t working but this was normal but g deal as we spent most of day time out shopping etc . Before ok’ing in was confusing as we had a phone contact number whereas you have to go to the Boutique Hotel .

Wow! We arrived and were blown away by the beauty for the little avenue leading up to where our apartment was. There is a real magical feeling walking up to the apartment building. The apartment we stayed in itself was really nice. Lovely decorated and everything we needed for our stay was provided including towels! Thank you for a lovely, we will be back again
