The room was clean, good view. Unfortunately, the beach has signs of no swimming allowed...so I wasn't impressed by that. The location is absolutely not very convenient to do anything else besides being in the hotel. The choice of food was very limited especially Western food. Also, no halal food or coucher food for other people that can't eat pork...no signs for Halal food. This is the Westin hotel, the waiters have no idea and couldn't help. The only time someone spoke English to me was during the buffet dinner. I came down to have dinner the second night and ask for some English speaking person to help me ordering halal food...the waiter said the manager wasn't there or the chef. I was very hungry and had no choice but to order anything so I can eat...I was really disappointed. Honestly for the price of this hotel I can get a much better service in Yalong Bay or Sanya. I hope the management can try to improve their service and provide a variety of western food and especially Halal and coucher food. You can expect people to pay that much for this Westin hotel and not eat what they need. So disappointed

When I’m on vacation I like the full package. It is a nice hotel with a lot of potential to be great but unfortunately the lack of good service and attention to details makes it an average hotel that I wouldn’t list as one of my favorites. Pros: - a self pay convenience store in the lobby and snack machines you buy things anytime -room has a whole fridge inside with a mini kitchen equipped with sink, microwave and hotplate ( really cool) -a toilet room separated from the shower -Nice swimming pool with depth getting over 1.2 Cons: -The only swimming pool for adults has sections of it we cannot use who knows for what reason - The aforementioned swimming pool closes at 12:30 and opens only at 4pm. (I would rather be at a hotel with a pool open the whole day) - the room description is garden view but is so sad to see they don’t care about growing a garden to actually make the view nice. There is a bunch of rocks. Disappointing -the staff gives you zero help with luggage. The guy at the door barely says hi to you and that’s about what you’re going to get even when struggling with your luggage The breakfast is ok. The room is spacious and comfortable. Long story short: the hotel is not bad. It has potential to be great, though. -

I I really want to experience it with my kids! After reading the reviews and photos, and with many years of travel experience, I think this hotel should be good! Before coming, the store will send you a WeChat message with the specific location and where to get on the boat; someone will pick you up at the pier. Parking is at the Monkey Island Ecological Parking Lot, which is very convenient. The overnight parking fee is 20 yuan. Regular parking lots are safer. Get on the store's boat and arrive at the B&B. You can ride in the sea, pull a ground cage, feed fish, and go on a glass boat. These are all experiences that children like very much, and adults will also gain experience along the way. The service is very good! He is very friendly to children and will greet them proactively. There is an uncle who is like a boss and even gave the child a beautiful conch! When we were feeding the fish, we met Sister Hua. She patiently helped the children catch bread starfish and reminded us that we could take the glass boat. She also took the initiative to take photos for us and helped us process the starfish into something we could take away. The guy from the glass boat will keep everyone safe in the water, which is very reassuring! The gentleman who handed out life jackets on the shore of the glass boat saw me running over and would ask if he wanted to help. The scenery outside the window in the early morning is really quiet and pleasant! P S: This place is very close to the back entrance of Monkey Island, so remember to bargain with the battery car!

A fine hotel for budget minded travelers wanting to visit Monkey Island. The rooms are basic, but very spacious and include a balcony, possibly with ocean views. The beds are hard, but very comfortable, and AC works great on a hot summer day. The location is ideal, only a short distance to the pier to visit Monkey Island. At night, a few blocks down, there is a nice night market with amazing BBQ and freshly made smoothies and juice. There is a great restaurant on the left side of the alley as you walk to the main road. It had excellent coconut filled bowzi. There is a wonderful outdoor market near the pier as well. Overall a decent hotel for a night's stay.
