Very good hotel

I stayed there all weeks, 4 nights, and all overall it was all right, but the shower apple desolidarized and the lights were regularly climbing with the electrical sounds that accompanied me.

Started off abit rocky because the hotel gave us a horrible room to begin with. After speaking with them and informing them that I wasn’t happy. They changed our room and gave us something more family friendly. Beach was amazing and so were the pool staff’ really friendly. But the highlight for us was the kids club! And MARWA. She was amazing with the children they loved her’ I felt so at ease going out and enjoying my spa and shopping knowing that they were in safe and accommodating hands. Marwa was the highlight of my trip. Everyone with children knows what it’s like, and sometimes you just need some time to unwind and she enabled this for us. Thank you Tunisia. We spent 5 days here and could have easily stayed longer. The hotel team is all about customer service 24/7. Meals in the Bistro are delicious, breakfast is great and the beach cafe is also delicious! Small set back is that elderly people can’t walk around pool perimeter easily or at all. Very narrow. They are also strict about saving pool chairs bc they are so limited. Overall, it’s a great hotel and we can’t wait to enjoy it again!!!

This hotel is really beautiful, close to the beach to the outrageous, the room is also very beautiful, invincible sea view, sitting on the balcony and looking at the sea view in front of you, absolutely.

This hotel is on the beach at St Jean. It has been refurbished recently and the room amenities are fine (great shower, smart TV with Netflix etc). The rooms with the balcony are the ones having - unfortunately we did not have one of these. The swimming pool area just does not work as there are not enough sunbeds, hence we did not really use the pool. The staff are friendly overall though the service can be a bit slow. A nice location for the price.

I very much enjoyed staying at OKKO Hotels Toulon Center. This hotel has a perfect location, provides nice snacks and drinks, and has new facilities. It's the best bang for the buck! The hotel staff was also great. They were always so kind and gentle. I'm sure that I would stay at the hotel when I visit Toulon again.
