Attentive and responsive staff, an efficient security service, including filtering of vehicle entries into the hotel grounds, at any time of the day and night by a guard in a cabin at the gate and patrols in the parking lot. I was cold in the room and the host did not hesitate to give me an extra heater.

It was the bmol c the shower toilets my great welcome the responsive team for the value for money very well. Close to transport and a pizzeria next door. Very convenient. I'll be back. As a very practical family, my children love it. Breakfast not Tros its me its helps out well for my royal daughters c the main thing in my eyes

Super simple hotel, easy to reach from CDG Airport with public transportation, and easy to reach Paris city center with public transportation too. Rooms are clean but simple: no kettle, no fridge, no iron, no hairdryer. No gym. Microwave available, tea/coffee maker at the restaurant are available during all day. Staff super friendly, they speak english,but pointless to send email to the hotel, no reply. Wifi is not working in the room, but perfect in the reception area or in the restaurant- they let you stay and work there all night if you want. Printer available. Overall: if you are looking for a clean place to sleep it is perfect!

EasyJet put our family here for the night when they cancelled our flight, it’s in the middle of nowhere nothing around the area. Staff can’t speak English and we’re ignorant. Got a “family room” which was a double bed (which was comfy) but the kids had a sofa bed that you could feel every spring on mattress like paper. We all topped and tailed. For a family room consider beds because everyone needs actual beds. Breakfast we were told onto 10am went down at 930am no hot food left, baguettes taken away boiled egg machine turned off, orange juice machine turned off. Surely if breakfast is on until 10am they would still expect people to arrive at 10am and want fed? Well we arrived half an hour before closing and nothing available and nothing further being cooked. Got my boys a cereal but only hot milk left asked staff for cold milk for cereal told none left? Dinner was disgusting will post photo in review. Went and bought a pizza for the boys so for one pizza & 4 drinks €42. Dear hole, if your wanting to go and stay here don’t bother.

The hotel is very close to the TEXWORLD pavilion in Paris and it is only 10 minutes walk. Convenient for exhibitors. The hotel has just been renovated and looks new. The waiter is a bit old, but very patient and meticulous. Go out and turn right. There are two Chinese restaurants on the street, about 250 meters from the hotel. There is also a small convenience store, and the living facilities are very convenient. Breakfast is average and there are not many varieties. Hot water can be burned in the kitchen, but it seems that no hair dryer is seen. The room was very warm and lived like the home, very warm. Come back and live here.

I found a big Spider in the room. So disappointed with the room and bed ... Television program 📺 Limited ... It can be better done at the cleaning level. The parking place is a sparkling place. Fun and tranquill home ...

Attention to this hotel. I arrived late in the evening and I'm learned that I booked 2 nights. A booking passed on Friday and another on Saturday. The 2 are identical and at my name for the same night ... I'm indicating that I actually tried to book Friday but that the site was stopped by getting to the payment. I take my chance on Saturday and this time it works, I receive a confirmation mail. I'explain this situation to the person at the reception who says to me not worry. The next morning I presented myself to the reception again and a gentleman told me it is good that the problem is resolved. except that I have to pay my room. He assured me saying that it was an advance and that I was not debited. Otherwise he made me notice that I had no ticket. So I pay again. I take my frozen yacht crusting ice crystals with my dry butterless bread (it happens) and from now I go back to the reception to thank you for your understanding. Except that the manager arrives who tells me that I finally got well settled the 2 nights !!! With him what I explained was not honest, that I'll have to cancel the second time.
