During the week prices are really good for the location. Super convenient and perfect for your first time in Vegas. Amenities are lacking in terms of a kettle and microwave, but I think that’s by design as I see most of the hotels in that area also lack these amenities (they want you to spend spend spend!). Overall very happy though. Wi-Fi is okay just need to reconnect sometimes which can be annoying, beds are very comfortable, provides a safe and basic toiletries. Service is dependent on the person helping you I guess, as with most places but overall no bad experiences.

We get a deal buy one night and get one night free for 2 rooms. The trip .com said that I only need to pay resort fee for 1 room 2 nights. However, when I checked in, the front desk said I have to pay for the other room too- which is a total of $88.44
2 queen rooms are good but the beds are not very firm. Close to Mirage to watch volcano shows at night.

It was a good enough experience! Just used the hotel to stay for EDC so we did not spend much time in the hotel itself this weekend besides to rest. It served it's purpose well! Clean and enough room. Just be ready for the $100 per night deposit they place

For servic3s, we would give minus mark. On the day of arrival, we stood 90 minutes to get checked in. No personalised service, not user friendly. No coffee machine, coffee, tea, or drinking water. In spite of booking in January, we were given 3rd floor room , concrete view, and broken curtain, and the access card not working. I complained about these to the staff. I ask compensation for poor accommodation.
