O hotel era médio. O quarto era um pouco como um Premier Inn, mas não tão bom quanto não havia comodidades para fazer chá ou café. A água foi fornecida, mas apenas em duas garrafas muito pequenas - além de ser mesquinha, usa muito plástico, por que a água não pode ser fornecida em uma garrafa de vidro grande ou ter locais onde você possa reabastecer a água no hotel? Tive que mudar de quarto - eu estava em 20777 Canyon Tower e o alarme de incêndio tinha uma luz verde piscando que iluminava todo o quarto e me mantinha acordado, também estava frio no quarto, tentei ligar o termostato mas não funcionou. não ajudou, e então a luz acendeu e apagou também. Teria sido bom se houvesse cobertores extras nos quartos. Também havia chiclete no lixo do banheiro, deixando-me inseguro sobre como tudo estava limpo. O segundo quarto 20877 estava bom, sem luz piscando, limpo e quente (as fotos são do banheiro deste quarto). Os funcionários do hotel foram simpáticos e me mudaram sem problemas. Além disso, lembre-se de que o hotel fica perto do aeroporto e os aviões fazem muito barulho, o que não é o melhor para uma boa noite de sono. A cozinha fez um bom café da manhã.

Este é o pior hotel em que já fiquei. Não há ninguém ao lado até as 3 da manhã e a TV está tocando, então é difícil dormir. Eles me deram uma sala conectada, o que significa que há uma porta entre os quartos. The room was very dirty and the housekeeping did a really bad job. They did not change the bedsheet for new guests after the prior guest left. They never cleaned the bathroom or vacuumed the carpet.

My main issue was that there was no tea or coffee in the room so you arrive tired and if you want a tea/coffee you have to go straight back out again. Or do without. There was a Dunkin Donnut at the bottom of the block open limited hours for tea but you had to keep an eye as some made it with milk, some didnt. Not consistent service. Tea/coffee in the room is the most important thing after wifi so my 5 days was very uncomfortable.
There was also a mini bar that automatically billed you if you moved any of the stuff when you put your own items in.
The plug sockets were also awkward if you had to use an international adapter so you dont have use of all.
Food all highly expensive but tasty.
I also didnt like that it was a hugely long walk from the entrance of the hotel to my block as I was carrying work equipment and cases/carry ons.
The room and hotel were fine otherwise. Its the tea/cofee and being placed out back when you have tons of luggage for work.
