Maravilhoso! Super limpo, perto da *****, pode ir caminhando, super seguro, tem Valle Park e não precisa pagar a parte, o melhor é que não tem resort fee, piscina tem várias e até da para ir no parque aquático do MGM que está tudo interligado!!os apartamentos são fantásticos grandes e da para fazer café, ou cozinhar algo pequeno! Tem liquidificador,cafeteira, torradeira, detergente e esponja, papel toalha, 2 panelas Tv com vários canais ! Lençóis e toalhas impecáveis de limpos!

I booked in this hotel before, the location works well for my meetings and it offers the comfort of an apartment.
However this time the apartment looked a bit rundown, the mattress was horrible! The first time I booked the room was impeccable that’s why I decided to book again.
But since they are apartment suites that have different owners, I guess it’ll depends on the maintenance and on how old the apartment is.

Spacious room and comfortable bed with a perfect kitchenette.
Our room was equipped with a in-room hot tub which was perfect after a long day walking around the *****. Jack and Jill sinks, shower with great water pressure, and a separate toilet room just helps with getting ready on a schedule.
Room was clean upon arrival and we had access to the balcony which I personally enjoy the option to take in some fresh air in the morning with a cup of coffee.
Plenty of closet space with a small keyless safe to store personal items while you're away.
MGM properties are officially my baseline for a comfortable stay in Las Vegas.

This was my 2nd time staying at this property and I will ALWAYS try to stay here because I LOVE IT!!! However I will say that this unit could use a little touch-up love. Its definitely starting to look worn. Nothing drastic but the scratches on surfaces and worn paint here and there. There was visible water damage to the bottom of the bathroom door that should be replaced. But again, overall still my favorite spot to stay in Vegas!

The concept of 1 bedroom with the kitchen and extra bathroom drew us here. We had stayed at Elara across the street for a week before.
This unit at MGM signature was super outdated, stained and burn marks on the carpet, old couch, old mattress, old furniture, kitchen minimally equipped the cheapest worst coffeemaker and supplies. Cleaning at a fee equal to one night stay and when parking is full you have to walk all the way to MGM and back to park there. Management does not care either! Worst stay in Vegas!
