Room had an outdoor shower and they served a decent breakfast

Check in is at 3pm sharp! Staff is friendly. Our room Was spacious and comfortable. Indoor and outdoor shower, beautiful place, loved the greenery , pool is very nice. The owners will Come in the morning and make Breakfast, very attentive, everything is fresh, they are super friendly , Monserrat makes homemade marmalade! Jaime is also super friendly. They make you feel at home. Loved it and will come back again. We enjoyed our stay and will come back on my next visit to Samana. The beach is super super nice!!!!

AMAZING PLACE! We stayed at Hotel Punta Popy for our honeymoon and couldn't be more happy about the choice we made. The rooms are exactly as the pictures show: Beautiful, cosy and well-equipped with a lovely decoration. When we arrived we even had fresh flowers in the room :-) The rooms are cleaned every day, also the towels are changed daily. The entire area is in a very well-kept and clean condition. A special mention to the owners, Montse and Jaume. They are wonderful people. Very friendly, helpful and smiling. During our stay we thought of them as friends and we could reach out to them with any question, knowing that they were going to do the best to make us feel right at home. They also gave us a lot of useful information about Las Terrenas and the area around. Their staff is also very kind and helpful. The breakfast was daily fresh prepared by Jaume and Montse - and was suuuuper delicious (especially the homemade marmalade, muffins and fresh pineapple juice)! The whole property is very idyllic and perfect for relaxing. It's a quiet, peaceful little place of earth with beautiful plants and flowers, a nice pool and a small bar with the best Mojitos on the island :-) Plus it's really safe (looked 24/7) and you'll always find someone from the staff there to help you. We liked that it's not directly at the beach but a few metres away so you don't hear the busy traffic. Note for kiteboarders: We went kiting at El Portillo, which is a nice flatwater spot you can reach within 10 minutes by guagua or motoconcho. All in all we highly recommend this place - it's a dream! Excelente lugar, atenciones especiales, muy cómodo, muy lindo, muy acogedor y romántico. Cerca de una de las mejores playas del país y de una gran variedad de restaurantes. Ubicado en un sitio muy tranquilo, el desayuno es excelente. 5 estrellas.

Wunderbares kleines Boutique Hotel. Weit weg vom Trubel, aber doch nah genug um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr geschmackvoll und top gepflegt. In den Bungalows befindet sich ein riesiges Doppelbed, dessen Kopfteil bildet der Kleiderschrank als Raumtrenner zum Bad hin. Das Frühstück wird täglich vom spanischen Inhaberehepaar zubereitet. Es gibt immer zuerst Früchte, dann Brot mit selbst gemachter Marmelade. Danach kann man auswählen was man möchte, z.B. Eier, Omlette, Sandwich oder Joghurt mit Cerealien. Kaffee und frischer Fruchtsaft gehören auch dazu. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Dazu haben auch die abendlichen Cocktails am Pool beigetragen. Noch ein kleiner Tip am Schluss, wenn ihr Ruhe sucht, kommt nicht zu Ostern, denn über die Osterfeiertag gibt es in Las Terrenas keine Ruhe.

Excelente lugar!!!! Jaime y Montserrat (los propietarios), son personas excepcionales, siempre asegurándose que todo esté perfecto para una magnífica estadía. El Hotel-boutique es hermoso y está muy bien ubicado, a pocos metro de playa popy y con fácil acceso a restaurantes y transporte. Si van a las terrenas, Punta Popy es el mejor lugar para quedarse… Todo el personal es amigable y atento, los cuartos son preciosos y ofrecen todas las comodidades necesarias, muy limpio y acogedor… Mil gracias 🙏

Sin duda el mejor alojamiento que he estado!!!Gracias y gracias de corazón!! Me he sentido como en casa,que hogar más dulce y con tan linda energía,despertando con esos desayunos tan ricos y variados,viajando sola,la grata compañía que he tenido de Jaime y Montse,grandes personas,siempre tan atentos y explicándomelo todo tan bien,al igual que todo el personal siempre tan atentos conmigo y en especial a Maky que me ha cuidado muchisimoo. El lugar es increíble se respira mucha paz y tranquilidad,fuera de todo ruido y muy cerca de la playa y centro,se hacía bastante bien. Sin duda volveré,hasta pronto amigos!! Mis grandes felicitaciones por crear algo tan bello!!! Un abrazo enormeee
