Finally, I went out from the entrance where I entered. It showed that the fee was still charged. I called the front desk again and talked for a long time. After a long time, the pole was raised, which made me feel better. I immediately felt depressed. The details were not done very well. The license plate was registered but not confirmed (it was my fault that I didn't write it down clearly), which wasted time. Another point is that a deposit of 300 yuan is required. I don’t understand that a five-diamond hotel has this process. I think it is not suitable for such a hotel and it is unnecessary. There don't seem to be many people who charge deposits now. Overall it's pretty good. This is just a small mistake. I hope it won't happen next time.
