Adorei o design do quarto e agradeço as cortesias. No geral, ainda recomendo a estadia.

Facilities: Clean, with a faint tea scent in the rooms. Environment: Everything is neat and clean. Room and bathroom facilities: All feel high-quality. There are two luggage rooms and a dressing room, which is really convenient for ladies. The bathroom is very spacious, with an excellent three-partition wet/dry separation. The restaurant is on the 28th floor, offering distant views of the mountains. Lanzhou West Station is fully visible. It's close to the station; after exiting, cross the circular skybridge and one traffic light to get there on foot. The female chef at the noodle station during breakfast was very patient and enthusiastic, making for a pleasant experience.

The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes. The hot food is fresh and delicious, and there's a great selection of pastries and congee. The ingredients are clean and hygienic. The dining area is spacious and tidy, with complete self-service facilities that are promptly refilled. The overall dining experience was incredibly comfortable and offered excellent value for money!

Very modern, clean and functional hotel. Best advantage is that it is within walking distance to the Lanzhou West train station. Great location to be based from with easy access to all the nice tourist attractions. The staff also very welcoming and responsive. Would stay here again if I come back to Lanzhou

The Goods: The hotel is about 10min walk from high speed railway station. The room is huge, and facilities looks new. The Bads: The gentleman who was manning the reception counter needs more training/ re-training. We called to request for a 3rd bath towel since there are 3 of us but the receptionist sent us a bath mat instead. We complained the phone in the room was not working (no dialing tone) and the receptionist simply brush it off as we were not operating the phone correctly instead of sending someone to check the phone! The lifts are very slow during breakfast hour.
