The hotel is relatively tall, close to the old street, and the old street is right at the door. The location is excellent. The house was very big and I felt very comfortable. The heating and cooling is very hot in winter, and the quilt can't cover me when I sleep at night. It's really hot. We drove here and parked the car in the underground parking lot (there is a McDonald's a little ahead of the hotel and there is a sign to enter here). When we left the car, the hotel did not record the license plate in time. I turned back to pay the fee, and drove back and forth in the underground parking lot for half an hour. Finally, I went out from the entrance where I entered. It showed that the fee was still charged. I called the front desk again and talked for a long time. After a long time, the pole was raised, which made me feel better. I immediately felt depressed. The details were not done very well. The license plate was registered but not confirmed (it was my fault that I didn't write it down clearly), which wasted time. Another point is that a deposit of 300 yuan is required. I don’t understand that a five-diamond hotel has this process. I think it is not suitable for such a hotel and it is unnecessary. There don't seem to be many people who charge deposits now. Overall it's pretty good. This is just a small mistake. I hope it won't happen next time.
