Aqua Suites

"We have just got back from here, and it was our first visit to Aqua Suites, but definitely not our last! (Booked after reading all of these amazing reviews!) We cannot fault anything here at all. Amazing friendly staff, who all work so hard to make sure your stay is as enjoyable and as stress free as possible. Spotlessly clean, every time you looked around there would be someone mopping or sweeping up. No fight for sun loungers, plenty for everyone. One large pool, one small pool, and an adults only jacuzzi. We only had breakfast there, but what an amazing spread it was. Continental, "full English", cereals, pastries, fruits, yogurts, toast with jams, marmalades and honey. All washed done with coffee, tea, or a number of fruit juices. The bar was very reasonably priced for a hotel bar, and was never too busy. We had the lower ground floor junior Suite which was lovely. The only thing as mentioned on here, is that there is more privacy on the upper floors as you do have people walking past you during the day. (If you do decide to stay here and go on the upper floor, there are a number of steps for you to take so if you have mobility issues please be aware.) The room itself has a small fridge with ice compartment, a kettle and coffee machine, (or instant coffee sachets if you prefer), and there is a welcome bottle of wine and water in the fridge when you arrive. They give you a large bottle of water a day when the cleaner comes round. Lovely sized bathroom with a vey good sized shower, and the air-conditioning was a very welcome relief in the afternoon and night time. We were really sorry to leave here at the end of our 10 night stay. The hotel is at the top of steep slope, and if you do wander down to the main strip at night to the plentiful bars and restaurants down there, I'd suggest a taxi ride back, it typically cost us 4 or 5 euros to get back. And for anyone not wanting to jump on the holiday company bus to transfer when you land, it will cost you about 20 euros, (with a tip) to get here, it's about 10 minutes from the airport."

Todos OS DIVOS para crianças e adultos que também nos divertimos e um Ambiente relaxante apenas a um curto passeio e você TEM a praia frontal de Puerto del Carmen. Um serviço de comida de topo, especialmente o Meio prato (almoço e jantar gratuitos) e o alimento são sumptuosos com diferentes variedades de escolha.Eu recomendo o Lugar."

"Nos últimos 10 minutos de check-in, apresentámos a 4 noites, e a Stephanie nos mostrou a nossa sala de estar decorada e confortável. Ficámos na suite 7. É um quarto grande com um grande banheiro e terraço, infelizmente a terraço não tem sol.A área de piscina é tranquila com lounge e lugares junto a um bar honesto. Todos muito confortáveis e relaxantes. O pequeno-almoço aqui é simplesmente bonito, fresco e cozido, e servido por uma bela equipa. O local é BOM para explorar a ilha por carro ou encontrar Caminhos escondidos.Definitivamente, vamos Voltar a este hotel agradável e amigável. Vale a pena notar que não há recepção ou pessoal mais tarde no dia, mas o check-in com você no pequeno-almoço que tudo está bem e não achamos a falta de pessoal um problema de qualquer maneira."
