"Os apartamentos estavam tranquilos quando visitamos o final de Junho.O Lugar perfeito para relaxar e recarregar as nossas baterias.Chegámos no almoço para descobrir que OS nossos apartamentos estavam prontos EM vez do tempo de check-in de 4hm - bônus!! Os apartamentos foram limpos todos os dias, excepto o último, que não era um problema para nós, e pagámos adicionados para apartamentos com ar condicionado, que foi uma bênção, porque a temperatura era de 30 graus mais a maioria dos dias. Os quartos tinham fãs de telhado, que também eram um Bênção à noite, e todos eles estavam EM UMA estadia muito agradável. Voltaremos."

"Que hotel e serviço incrível.Esta é a minha primeira viagem com a família e a localização do hotel é absolutamente brilhante, à direita Da praia e apenas a 5 minutos de carro do aeroporto.O hotel estava limpo EM todo o lado e o pessoal estava muito útil. Nós gostamos de ficar, piscinas, etc. Durante o Natal, e ficámos surpresos no dia de Natal com presentes no quarto. Eu recomendaria muito este hotel e ficaria no hotel novamente na minha próxima viagem para Lanzarote."

"This “hotel “ is no way near a 4* it’s the worst 4* accommodation I’ve ever stayed in ! Never seen a reception area like it ! A desk in a little room ,first impressions count for a lot .The room was tired ,the toaster was broken ,the safe stopped working after 2 days . Hooks hanging off , broken shower holder , chipped paintwork I could go on .we stayed half board but the food was that terrible we ate out , poor quality not a lot of choice the breakfast was passable and the only good thing was the coffee and Prosecco and good luck if you wanted an omelette making it was hunt the chef , very poorly ran and the staff we’re miserable ,the pictures of this hotel look 4* but in reality it’s a 2* at best . The hotel is on the top of a hill in the old town which is also a dump ."

"Este hotel é Muito bonito, o único lado abaixo é o 37o passo para o nosso quarto e, UMA vez, as 4 taças de café para a máquina de café não foram substituídas em qualquer momento durante os 6 dias que ficámos lá. O hotel está localizado um pouco fora da cidade, mas tem uma bela promenade perto e se você não tiver jantar incluído na sua reserva e você quer comer lá, vai custar-lhe 25 euros por pessoa. Caso contrário tudo estava bom e foi uma bela estadia."

"Good stay overall, but a few things to note. There is no air conditioning in the actual bedroom, only in the living room area, so the bedrooms can be quite small and very hot. You also have to pay to use the safe in the bedroom. Some of the bedrooms don’t have an outside-facing window, so I would definitely recommend requesting a sea-view room and confirming that the bedroom itself has an outside window. Having said all of that, you do need to remember that this is not a 5-star resort. The whole place was absolutely spotless, the staff were so lovely and friendly, and the breakfast was always fresh and delicious. It’s adults-only, which meant the pool area was always lovely and quiet. The location is excellent — right beside a beautiful little cove where you can swim, very close to supermarkets, and just a lovely short coastal walk into the main square. We really enjoyed heading into the square in the evenings and then walking back to the quieter area where the apartments are. Overall, excellent location, excellent staff and a lovely stay. The rooms could definitely do with some renovations and better air conditioning, but we really enjoyed our time here."

"Have just had a lovely 4 x night stay with my daughter. Hotel is beautiful and the cleaning staff never stop cleaning. The waiting and reception staff are also very friendly. 1 x outdoor pool is heated and 1 x isn’t so a nice mix. Pool area is nice (the usual need to get up 7/7.30 secure a decent pool bed, but that’s nearly every hotel these days). Doesn’t feel cramped though at the hotel as really spacious inside and outside. Location is excellent, quick transfer from airport, right by beach, also in great little area close to lots of bars, restaurants and gift shops (so if you didn’t want to go all inclusive there are lots of reasonably priced places to eat within a stone’s throw). Really relaxed feel - entertainment and activities during day and evening if you want it, no pressure if you don’t. There isn’t an enormous selection of food choices in the buffet restaurant but it’s perfectly good quality (with salads, meats and puddings etc). Would definitely stay again."
