O quarto era agradável, com uma bela vista sobre a piscina e com vista para os montes em redor. Como ponto negativo somente o facto de não ter cobertura na varanda dos pisos superiores (onde ficamos), tornando-a inutilizável da parte da tarde devido à falta de sombras. Relativamente aos espaços comuns, em especial o restaurante, precisavam de um pouco mais de cuidado com a higienização. O chão do restaurante, especialmente junto das bebidas, colava aos sapatos, as mesas tinham marcas de pano e encontrei 2 baratas junto à máquina de café. Como excelente posso referir a simpatia e disponibilidade de todos os colaboradores.

Stayed here over Chris**as. We had a very good experience at this hotel. Yes it needs a bit of updating but we had a great time. The staff made the effort to make the reception and dining area very festive. Rooms spacious compared to some we have stayed in. All balconies appear to overlook the pool area. Other reviewers have complained that you had to pay one Euro for a plastic cup (which is refundable at the end of your stay.) This is a great idea. No empty glasses around the pool. No abuse of the All Inclusive but you can rent four cups if your that way inclined. If the one Euro for a cup is a thing people moan about I believe that they have never found a decent hotel and love whinging about everything. The food was fine. Good selection at breakfast. Full English if you want it. Cereals, fruit, bread, cold meats, omelettes if required. Evening meal always had something to choose from . I found the staff to be friendly. The pool area is fine, plenty of sun beds. Pool is a bit cold. About a five minute walk down hill to the main *****. Overall would recommend this hotel. Going back in February

beautiful hotel with lovely staff, Isabel was who greeted us and kept us right for any enquiries, smiley and informative.. all of the staff on duty during the stay were lovely, couldn’t fault any of them I loved the ribs (dry!) they were tremendous to whoever made them 😄 i coulda had them for brekkie, lunch and dinner 😆

This was our 3rd time at Lanzarote palm 2022 /2023/2024 l was given champagne on my birthday by the staff just a chill out for my wife and I well cared for full English 😁 nice weather local to shops nice walk to beach down hill taxi back good bar's out bottom of hill good restaurants Irish bars didn't spend much time in our room

The rooms were comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. Plenty of sun beds around the pool area. Good breakfast and lunch. It’s a relatively small hotel so not a huge variety of food at the dinner for all inclusive but we went knowing that’s often the case. We were only on a 3 night stay so it really wasn’t an issue for us but if you are coming for longer, come prepared and budget to eat out a couple of nights. Our flight wasn’t until 7pm but we were given a room to shower in before leaving so we were able to comfortably spend our last day enjoying the pool. You pay €3.50 per day for a safe and €10 refundable deposit for air conditioning. You also pay €1 deposit for a cup from the bar then just take the cup back and they replace with a fresh one each time.

Poor food, poor service. Dirty rooms not at all what is described on the website. Moved hotel as the smell of drains and the amount of bugs. Just not a nice place at all. You have to buy cups towels and also the entertainment is shocking. But if you wish found out for yourself.

We stayed here for 5 nights in May 2024. We did get a good deal by booking directly with Bluesea and the AI wasn't much more than the HB so we went with that. The room was great and had all the facilities you could want eg kitchen, dining table, settee, tv etc. Beds were really comfortable and we both had a great nights sleep every night. The pool area was good and you could get a sunbed no problem at the time of the year we went. Pool was a little fresh and it was a little windy due to being up the hill and more exposed to the elements. Beaware of this if you don't like walking up hills. The food was limited (which was to be expected) but there was more than enough to keep you happy. The beer was fine although personally we didn't touch the cocktails as they weren't to our liking. Overall, for the cost, they do a great job and work hard to keep the hotel looking good and things running smoothly. For value for money, it is a great hotel and we would consider returning

Nice little apar**ents, comfy bed. Was all inclusive, we found the evening meal not great some nights. Didn't make a fuss, walked along the beach front and had something there to eat. About 7/8 mins down a bit of a hill. Nothing major!! Go and enjoy it, remember that you are not paying 5 star prices. Unfortunately a few people when we stayed here thought they were 5 star !! And moaned about everything!!!! Life is to short, holidays come and go, but the memories will last x

Staff very good food breakfast good lunch and dinner poor apar**ent spacious and clean pool area and bar very clean juring the day.the ploblem is the pool bar is the only bar in the complex sitting outside no entertainment at night making it a poor all inclusive if your looking for entertainment at night
