O quarto era agradável, com uma bela vista sobre a piscina e com vista para os montes em redor. Como ponto negativo somente o facto de não ter cobertura na varanda dos pisos superiores (onde ficamos), tornando-a inutilizável da parte da tarde devido à falta de sombras. Relativamente aos espaços comuns, em especial o restaurante, precisavam de um pouco mais de cuidado com a higienização. O chão do restaurante, especialmente junto das bebidas, colava aos sapatos, as mesas tinham marcas de pano e encontrei 2 baratas junto à máquina de café. Como excelente posso referir a simpatia e disponibilidade de todos os colaboradores.

Stayed here over Christmas. We had a very good experience at this hotel. Yes it needs a bit of updating but we had a great time. The staff made the effort to make the reception and dining area very festive. Rooms spacious compared to some we have stayed in. All balconies appear to overlook the pool area. Other reviewers have complained that you had to pay one Euro for a plastic cup (which is refundable at the end of your stay.) This is a great idea. No empty glasses around the pool. No abuse of the All Inclusive but you can rent four cups if your that way inclined. If the one Euro for a cup is a thing people moan about I believe that they have never found a decent hotel and love whinging about everything. The food was fine. Good selection at breakfast. Full English if you want it. Cereals, fruit, bread, cold meats, omelettes if required. Evening meal always had something to choose from . I found the staff to be friendly. The pool area is fine, plenty of sun beds. Pool is a bit cold. About a five minute walk down hill to the main *****. Overall would recommend this hotel. Going back in February

Staff very good food breakfast good lunch and dinner poor apartment spacious and clean pool area and bar very clean juring the day.the ploblem is the pool bar is the only bar in the complex sitting outside no entertainment at night making it a poor all inclusive if your looking for entertainment at night

We stayed in an apartment at the front of the hotel on our first night. Very noisy from traffic on the main road. We asked to move and we were moved to rear of the hotel on our second day. Excellent beds. Overall staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

From reading reviews I was worrying but thought I would come on our own view Glad I did too we are here now and our weather beautiful The staff are lovely hard working Pool very clean plenty of sun loungers Food fine got better daily and you could always find something to eat Drinks where fine too Room was clean and tidy If you want five star then pay for it and stop moaning some of these reviews really are so untrue And the hill isnt bad Key board warriors ruin this hotel Well done to all staff that work endlessly

Below average hotel which requires significant refurbishment of the rooms which are extremely dated. Would not bother with AI as the drink is poor quality and food is inconsistent. They think Smirnoff is top shelf and will charge you 6euros for the privilege of drinking it from a plastic glass. The food quality is inconsistent and went downhill by day 3of our 7 day stay. On a positive note the staff are friendly and are doing the best they can -whoever owns this place is simply milking it as a cash machine without investing in the facility.

Good resort, excellent hard working staff. Apartment is fine, nothing fancy but everything supplied. Pool very good and bar not far away. Food just OK. We enjoyed the lunch best of all. Dined in PdelC in the evening so didn't experience dinner.

I booked a week here recently and needed to cancel. I cancelled within the time frame and was advised a 150 euro cancellation fee, which I accepted. Imagine my surprise on the day of the booking, the entire amount was taken out of bank my account, leaving me unable to cover my own bills!! I have emailed the resort over a week ago and nobody has got back to me. I'm beyond disgusted and want my money back asap.

The hotel facilities are good and its location is Ok if you don't mind walking up quite a steep hill. Our holiday was spoiled by the constant playing of monotonous "rave" music from the bar. It was loud all around the pool and on our balcony. Started at 10.00 am and finished at 11.00pm. This is a crazy habit of a hotel because, these days, if customers want to listen to music they wear earbuds and listen to the music of their choice. Won't be coming back. Of course, if you like wall to wall monotonous music then it wont be problem.
