Nos encantó. Lo mejor fue lo espacioso que era el apartamento y lo majo que era el chico de recepción. Volveríamos sin dudarlo

We were disappointed with our hotel this year. The rooms were ok but a little tired. Cleaner came once whilst we were there. Our room was in the block higher up overlooking the big pool. For 3 night there was a school badminton group staying there and they were up playing music and singing loudly till the early hours. Not ideal when you have 2 children wanting to sleep. Felt like a hostel than a hotel. Can't comment on the bar area as we didn't use it. The hotel is too far out for an easy walk down. Not ideal with young families as its a 30 minutes boring walk to get to the centre. We rented a car for 6 days in the end which worked out very cheap. Will not be returning.

Hotel paradise was great spacious rooms nice quiet pool area very cold pool ( freezing ) pool guard always round the pool which I think was great to see we stayed for two weeks and had all our meals from restaurant which was very handy as was so far from shops ect after sunbathing all day last thing you'd want is long walk Hotel if perfect stay but very far from shops to buy essentials milk water ect it was a good 20min walk sounds reasonable but in baking sun feel s more ! Staff very nice my son & daughter had wonderful time only thing I'd say beds very uncomfortable and strange two singles in each room Good point s Food great from Hotel Peaceful pool area Friendly staff Big rooms Bad points Far from shops for your daily essential s Beds could be better Bit noisy at night Time with late nighter holiday makers

Basic Accomodation, this is what you need to understand when you book here. If that's understood and accepted then you'll enjoy your stay. We have stayed in Costa Teguise 9 times, mostly in 4* or villas but this was a last minute winter sun booking so happy to go more basic and thats just what you get so you can't complain, because that's what was booked. The points below are what's needed to know. In reality, you get what you pay for. If you wanted a better quality hotel, food options, or general better feel in a upmarket sense, pay more and get a higher grade. Pay cheaper, expect lower standard. That said, the staff were excellent and work so hard in isolation, and I really mean that. One server who cooks, cleans and runs the bar at the same time. In the UK they would be paid a fortune. Be considerate and polite, which some guests were not, clearly expecting 5* service / food for 2* price! The hotel would do well to offer more staff in the area at busy times to assist the servers. As a guest, waits didn't bother me much. Pros; Staff work extremely hard Clean Mostly Quiet 3 balconies Cons Freezing Pools - but bearable Bed was awful - needs replacing immediately

Second stay and can't wait for my third stay excellent value for money and the staff are amazing especially the Barman Jamie he's a reason to stay at Lanzarote Paradise in itself the breakfast is good value for money and the drinks are very good value for money the cleanliness is perfect and apartments are well equipped as a transgender person staying with my adult daughter we've both felt welcome and I've had no issues I booked directly this time with the hotel and will use this method in future as a far better rate booking directly with the hotel. I know some find it a little out of town but plenty of place's on the doorstep like the aqua park and many good bar's in playa bastian and there is the option of the free bus in to the town daily. If you want somewhere clean and friendly Lanzarote Paradise is the place to stay it truly is Paradise

It’s hard work coming up with many positives. All I can say is that the apartment we had was large & we did have a balcony with a view, as the room we were to have been offered wasn’t ready when we arrived. On the flip side, it was very basic with limited kitchen equipment & no toiletries other than 2 tiny bars of soap. If you seriously wanted to self-cater that would be difficult with no oven. Beyond the reception area, the level of cleanliness generally was poor. Don’t expect bins to be emptied more than once a week, let alone other cleaning tasks. The sun loungers etc really do need replacing. The location of the hotel is somewhat exposed & it was extremely windy when we were there, which was rather exhausting. We had researched the area online before our holiday but found many restaurants & bars in the area either no longer existed or were closed.

The reception staff were generally good. The room was fairly clean apart from the top shelf in the wardrobe which the cleaner has never been able to reach. The beds were the sort you would expect in a temporary army base, metal frames and sprung with the noisiest wire which awoke us every time we moved. We went to the bar on the first evening and found several people waiting to be served. After 5 minutes we gave up and never returned as there were some good places in town and so never ate there as we didn't fancy the wait. The pools looked OK but were unheated. The sun loungers were mostly reserved the night before with the towels of those who thought they were competing with the Germans. The wiring was not done to give confidence in the general building standards either.

3rd time here as it works for us it's clean basic and mostly quiet. If you want to be near the centre this isn't for you it's a leisurely 20 min walk or 4 euros in a taxi. Note there are no lifts so you will have to carry your luggage up possibly 3 or 4 flights of stairs. For us it wasn't an issue. The reception staff were as always excellent Treated with respect I find most folk want to make your stay enjoyable. Get a car and explore this lovely island.

The hotel is not 5 star.. however they don't claim to be either.. for the money it's OK and is acceptable.. any lack in facilities is made up by the friendliness of the staff.. always willing to help .. You get what you pay for and quite honestly it's cheap but adequate
