The only thing bad about my trip was the company I kept. Hotel And staff were great and accommodating even during holiday rush

Rooms are old and they tried to update beds by putting covers over headboards that are shedding felt onto you as you sleep. Lamp shades are torn and stained. Lights in bathroom had burned out bulbs not replaced. Food costs are high and you can’t take leftovers because no fridge or microwave in rooms. Spent over 600$ for 2 nights. Won’t return!

Beautiful place. Just make sure the restaurants you want to eat in are open the days you plan to visit.
Barely hot enough water for a shower. Again ride neighbors banging doors all the time.
Great beds. Check out the Mexican place for happy hour food and drinks. Great value.

I requested a non smoking room well that's not what we got. There was an ash tray. The room smelled of smoke. There were no deodorizer or febreeze to mask the smell of smoke.

The room was not very affordable for the experience. We had a building backup. The tub was clogged up and the toilet could not flush, due to the property building backup. The room was beautiful and very clean. The view was amazing and staff very courteous.

Tv service went out, room phones don’t work, for a place that literally steals your money, they nickel and dime you at every stop. They charged me to sit in the sportsbook! I wouldn’t pee on this place if it were on fire.

TV did not work, walls are paper thin, looked like a dried up booger on the floor wall right in front of the toliet. Phone was not connected to anything and would not work. Lots of ****** machines out of service.

I didn't like the fact that I PAID for a room but the amenities ( microwave and refrigerator) wasn't afford to me.

Counter service was excellent. Didn't get to use the room since we had to attend an event in a neighboring town, and couldn't make it back due to an ice storm.
