Service was excellent as staff at Reception counter is able to understand English. Good customer attributes and with smiling and dedicated services. Even help me to fix problem on the coffee dispenser provided with compliments beside the reception counter. Location is strategic and near to Kunming. Room is extremely big and price is reasonable. Highly recommended. Will book again in my next trip

O quarto era bom, uma opção pequena e acessível, mas com todas as comodidades. Fica perto da estação de trem. No entanto, deixei meu colar na mesa do quarto, em um saco plástico. Depois que saí, a camareira não entrou em contato comigo. Um colar de 70 yuans não vale muita coisa, então não me incomodei.

Instalações: As camas e as instalações eram muito novas, indicando reformas recentes. Há uma lavanderia self-service para roupas sujas, o que foi excelente. Limpeza: Limpo e higiênico, com limpeza rápida. Localização: Situado a 300 metros à direita da saída da estação de trem, muito conveniente, ideal para conexões com trens de alta velocidade para Mile, Dali, Lijiang, Shangri-La, etc. Refeições: O café da manhã era bom, especialmente os bolos de flores; oferecer mais opções como especialidade seria uma boa ideia. Atendimento: Este foi o aspecto mais satisfatório. Desde o check-in até todas as vezes que entramos ou saímos do hotel, as recepcionistas foram incrivelmente atenciosas e educadas. Esta foi minha primeira impressão positiva de Kunming. O proprietário deveria considerar dar um aumento e uma promoção a essas funcionárias.

My overall stay far exceeded expectations; it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel environment was fresh and elegant, with both interior and exterior areas meticulously clean. The greenery was tastefully arranged, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The room layout was well-designed, with all necessary amenities readily available. Appliances functioned smoothly, and the tables, chairs, bathroom fixtures, and soft furnishings were all well-maintained and convenient to use. The service, in particular, was incredibly heartwarming. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and the housekeeping was meticulous, tidying the room with great care every day. The entire stay was hassle-free, and I didn't encounter any issues. The hotel maintains high quality standards, offering a pleasant environment, complete facilities, and attentive service, making for an exceptional overall experience. The price was also very reasonable, offering great value for money. It was a very enjoyable stay. I've saved this place and will definitely choose it again for future trips, and I highly recommend it to everyone for a worry-free booking.

Superb hospitality. The bed is comfortable, near the main attractions and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and kind, even offering me extra rose biscuits to take with me as i checked out. Breakfast food was a small range, usual fare. Occasionally cigarette smoke can be smelt from the room. Do note that renovations are ongoing nearby so you can hear it. But the hotel provides ear plugs for that. The view of the city with the mountain is amazing. Would def come back!

Place is great. No bidet so sad but totally understand. Staffs are super duper nice and helpful they even allow us to check out a lil bit late due to us need to pray first. They greeted us with flower tea and even provide us with eye mask upon check out. Totally recommend!

We had an excellent stay at Kai Wah, with a few instances really worth mentioning. Firstly, we had a super early flight and reached the hotel at 5plus in the morning. We checked in and wonder if we are able to check in for the stay at such early hours. Without needing to ask, the service staff immediately arranged a room for us to check in, even though the typical check in time is 2pm onwards. They understood that we were tired from the flight and quickly make arrangements so that we can get some rest. This is an exceptional service that illustrates understanding and care for their customers. Secondly, upon checking into the room, we observed that the toilet bowl was a little dirty and called the reception. Immediately, a service staff named 李星Jeff Li, came to our room and made arrangements to offer us a free upgrade to a suite. However, as we prefer a room that is not situated at the corner, we declined. He then made other arrangements on the spot and offered us another room. He even helped us to transfer the luggages. We needed some advice for the trip and he willingly and patiently offered us advice and assistance. His friendliness and patience with us really made our stay very pleasant. His professionalism and care for his guests are commendable. Finally, when we checked out, the service staff also warmly helped us with the didi booking to the right place. My mum was even given a scarf as little present, which really made her day. Breakfast was really good, huge variety and quality was good too. Suggest to include breakfast in your booking.

An absolute gem in Kunming! Exceptional service and unbeatable value. We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The hotel is stunningly beautiful and the value you get for the price is unbeatable. One of the biggest highlights was the breakfast. Not only was it delicious but I loved that we could choose our own dining time. They even change up the menu on different days which was a lovely surprise! The entire property is beautifully decorated and has a great atmosphere. A huge shoutout to Bao Helei, a male staff member who speaks excellent English. Communication was incredibly smooth and he was always there to help us with a big smile. The hotel also offers a fantastic laundry service. It was super fast ,done within 3 to 4 hours and everything came back beautifully and neatly folded. Location-wise, it couldn't be better. It’s right in the heart of all the attractions. At night, it’s incredibly convenient to just walk out to find minimarts and tons of great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kunming. It made our trip unforgettable!

the rooms were tiny, and the lighting was terrible - as a female i couldnt do my makeup conducively, and my partner complained that he couldn't see the stray facial hairs under the harsh and poor lighting either. there was the baidu xiaodu smart speaker (equivalent of a Google Home speaker) which was pretty cool if you're able to speak in mandarin to navigate it, other than that there's really nothing to shout about. the paid breakfast was extremely underwhelming with really minimal options/spread. i think the best part of the hotel is that its located next to a fruit stall thats open 24 hours, where i bought the freshest berries. thats about it. personally would not return due to the lacklustre service.

Uma estadia extremamente satisfatória! O hotel fica incrivelmente perto da estação de trem, a poucos minutos a pé, o que torna o deslocamento muito prático e sem complicações. O quarto estava excepcionalmente limpo, a roupa de cama estava fresca e sem odores, proporcionando uma estadia muito confortável. As instalações eram completas e em perfeito funcionamento, com detalhes atenciosos. O atendimento ao cliente foi cordial e atencioso, o check-in foi eficiente e todas as minhas necessidades foram prontamente atendidas. A simpatia e o cuidado da equipe fizeram do hotel uma excelente relação custo-benefício. Com certeza, escolherei este hotel novamente na minha próxima viagem. Altamente recomendado!
