This stay exceeded expectations! The room is gentle creamy, the room is exactly the same as the picture, this gold content is very high, the design of the warm light belt is very atmospheric, and I like the photo. Hygienic: The sanitation is very good, the room is very clean, the bedding is soft, very comfortable, and a good night's sleep. Facilities: The bathroom in our room is separated from wet and dry. The facilities are very new. The smart toilet and disposable supplies are all prepared. The hair dryer is very windy. The long hair will be blown in a while. The projection effect is also superb. It is so cool to watch a movie in bed at night. What I especially like is that this room also has a full-length mirror, which is too friendly to the sisters who come out to play. Environment: The environment is very good. The room I stayed on the first day can also see the doughnuts on the roadside. It is very pleasant at night. The location of the beautiful hotel is very good. There is a place to eat downstairs. It takes only ten minutes to go to the old street. It is quite convenient. Service: This is the first place to be praised. The front desk responded to the message in a timely manner. The whole process was smooth and the needs could be solved quickly. It feels super good. The only pity is that the room was booked. We changed a room the next day. I didn't expect this room to be more pleasantly surprised. The view is too good.

Staying in a newly renovated hotel is just so comfortable! It's clean and tidy, and the family room is spacious enough, with one 1.8-meter bed and one 1.35-meter bed – it's hard to find a room like this. My two kids and I stayed there and it was super comfortable! The room was very quiet at night, and the blackout curtains were excellent; it was completely dark even during the day when closed. The hotel's environment fully matched the pictures shown online. Every staff member, including the cleaning aunties, was warm, polite, and provided thoughtful service – it was truly heartwarming! The breakfast was abundant, and the three stir-fried dishes in the hot food section were different every day and tasted great! We stayed for ten consecutive days and were satisfied every single day. The hotel's location is also excellent, in the old district of Wuhua, so nothing is far away! Behind it is the Kunming Zoo, which has a large, shady garden with lots of trees and many animals, plus some amusement park rides that the kids really enjoyed. The only minor flaw is: when room cleaning doesn't require changing the sheets, it would be great if the beds could still be made neatly. Guests who have had a long day would surely feel much better returning to a tidy room!

Hotel is older than we had expected, the lobby is really old school. Room is upgraded a bit. Elevator is very slow and often need to wait quite a bit of time. This hotel also seemed to many package tour tourists. Food delivery has to be placed in lobby and there is no robot to take it to the room, you have to go to lobby to take your food delivery. The problem , there might not be a central location to collect your food. If there are more than 2 deliveries, one might get confused easily. Location is prob the main attractive feature as it is close to good restaurants and cafes and the Green Lake. Walkable to many places. I say overall the experience is average

The hotel environment is excellent and the location is superb. It's just a few minutes' walk to Cuihu Park, and there are many great food options on the street next to the hotel, also just a few minutes away. The front desk staff who checked me in, a young lady surnamed Lin, was incredibly enthusiastic. I especially want to thank her because I accidentally left a bag behind when checking out. She called me, and at first, I didn't even realize I'd forgotten it. She then contacted a courier company to ship the bag to me. I'm truly grateful to her! Next time I'm in Kunming, I will definitely choose to stay at the Totoro Spirit Hotel Cuihu Branch again.

酒店環境非常乾淨，很有法式風格，巨幕影音看電影效果很棒，地理位置距昆明老街很近，步行幾分鐘就能到，購物逛街吃飯都很便利。尤其要感謝前台工作人員，離店時把刮鬍刀落酒店了，因為已到機場不方便回去拿，還幫我們郵寄了回去，真的特別細心熱情，非常推薦大家入住！

Pros: Great Location: 5-minute walk to the lake, and 20 minutes to Kunming Old Street, 30 mins taxi to airport. But you need to take luggage to walk 1 min from the small alley Amenities: Hot water with strong water pressure—great for a refreshing shower. Bed come with heater. Cons: Smoke Smell in Room: Room had a noticeable smell of smoke, which was unpleasant. Amenities: no smart toilet bowl, no air cond/ heater Price: Could be a better value if the room rate was lower and the smoke smell issue was addressed.

The room is nice and clean. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast has various choices and the food is in good quality. The location is convenient and easy to get around. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends who may take a trip to Kun Ming.

This time I returned to Kunming, and I especially wanted to visit the former site of the Southwest Associated University and the Yunnan Army Lecture Hall. These two schools have produced numerous talents, many of whom are the backbone of the Chinese nation! Worth a look! Our hotel is located between the two schools, with convenient transportation, convenient and diverse food, warm service, and cheap prices. It is one of the most cost-effective hotels nearby.
