The hotel is very awesome! The heater working very well’ Bed was comfortable and was able to have a goodnight sleep! Even though I arrive late after a long day, the staff still managed to help me with my enquiries to ensure I got everything I want ☺️🙏🏻 Thank you for the great hospitality! Will definitely be back here when I’m back at Kunming again! 这家酒店太棒了！暖气效果非常好，床也很舒服，让我睡了个好觉！虽然我忙碌了一天，很晚才到，但工作人员仍然热情地帮我解答疑问，确保我的需求都得到了满足☺️🙏🏻 感谢你们的热情款待！下次来昆明我一定还会选择这家酒店！

The hotel is a older building that is located on one of the sides of Old Town. If you dare to walk outside of the Ancient Town you can find really good food for a really cheap price. The beds were very comfortable and the receptionist was very helpful. My only complaint is that the shower drainage pipes were clogged which created a big mess and it was pretty inconvenient. I would also say that its necessary to repaint some walls so the rooms feel cleaner.

Para um estrangeiro, encontrar um hotel tão excelente é realmente raro. A localização é incrivelmente conveniente, a apenas 12 minutos de carro do Centro de Flores de Dounan. O ambiente é incrivelmente tranquilo à noite. Gostei particularmente da cama confortável e macia, e do design do hotel, elegante e de bom gosto.

房間面積比較大 設施：設施挺新的，但是房間的電話是壞的，完全不工作需要入住的時候加一下管家微信。 衞生：衞生也不錯。 服務：服務是挺好的。 最大的問題是他們店裡有一個人抽煙。我去辦入住的時候整個大廳裏就一股很濃的煙味兒，退房的時候直接就看到有一個人來來回回在抽煙。穿了一個黑色的運動外套的一個男的，在前台抽一會兒，還會去前台後面的辦公區抽，應該是酒店的人。 特別的嗆。 在正經的連鎖酒店前台肯定不會出現這種情況的。

This hotel is excellent and romantic for a couple. The amenities are great, it's located pretty much central to everything in Guandu Ancient Town. They do provide breakfast as well. Staff are friendly to foreigners. The Yunnan museum is also around 20 minutes walking distance from Guandu.

Foi a nossa primeira visita a Kunming, e escolhemos ficar nesta villa com a nossa família. Embora houve um pequeno hip-hop Na chegada, o motorista Didi não estava certo sobre a localização exata e EU não tinha um número de contato local, o pessoal rapidamente chegou à resgate. O motorista chamou a villa, e o amigável “Xiao Ge Ge” forneceu direções claras para nos ajudar a encontrar o local. Ao longo de nossa estadia, Xiao Ge Ge foi incrivelmente útil, compartilhando recomendações para atrações locais através do WeChat e até mesmo pacientemente mostrando-nos como entrar e sair da porta principal para explorar a área livremente. Também gostávamos do café Da manhã quente preparado pelo Tipo “Ah Yi”.As nozes e as porreiras quentes eram deliciosas e nos deixaram sentir em casa. As nossas quartos eram limpos, agradáveis e superam as nossas expectativas em conforto, tornando a nossa estadia realmente relaxante e agradável. Recomendado para todos que procurem uma experiência amigável, confortável e bem-vinda de villa em Kunming!

這間客房的衞生間非常整潔且設施齊全，包括沐浴露、洗髮水和吹風機等基本用品，以及一個便捷的洗衣機。此外，房間分為上下兩層，提供了足夠的空間供旅客使用。衣櫃內設有足夠的衣物存放空間，而床鋪也相當寬敞舒適。最後，房間內的迷你冰箱也為我們帶來了便利。總體來説，這是一間非常理想的住宿環境。

Nice hotel, very clean, located a short distance off the main roads so not noisy. 7-Eleven shop right next door. Guandu Old Town about 500m walk away.

Much better than expected even though does not have any international china name associated Surpassed the expectations ?

A nice hotel with room with modern facilities. Location is just far enough from the noises from the main pedestrian street yet near enough for all amenities. Food options are plentiful nearby and a local morning market nearby as well. Simple chinese breakfast but I was not used to the non heated breakfast room. There are 3 floors at the hotel but no lift. However the female receptionist was so kind to carry one of my heavy luggage upstairs. Hotel undergoing major renovations but no problem. It's already an excellent value for money hotel but once the renovations are completed it'll be more special. Highly recommended.
