優點:1 位置優越，就在官渡古鎮南門遊客中心旁，但停車在旁邊地下停車場，再步行幾分鐘到店。酒店承擔停車費。2 房間設施齊備，佈局合理，洗手枱在入門處，洗漱啥的不影響房間，熱水充足，下水快。3 前台接待和客房服務都很有禮貌，業務熟練，服務到位。4 入住每晚的安睡牛奶和鮮花餅送達及時，不需要住客催要，這點必須點贊！5 早餐內容比較充足，不限量，服務到位。6 步行遊覽古鎮非常方便，雲南省博物館就在馬路斜對面，步行也就5 6分鐘。 建議:219房間外面是酒店餐飲部的火鍋餐位，估計旺季的時候可能會有點影響。偶然拉開窗簾，竟然發現一個似乎員工的人，從窗外的瓦面上走過，不知道啥情況。 綜合評價:推薦有需要的友友入住。

It was just one night but we had a great time here. Room was nice and big. Breakfast was delicious(especially, noodle soup). Staffs are super friendly and helpful. I couldn't read Chinese name but 531, 515 guys helped us a lot. Our little girl was happy to stay here. I'll come back here again if I have a chance!

Reception Chaos and The Window Saga Check-in was rushed and incomplete—no luggage assistance, no WeChat information, no translation tools. The real problems began when I reported my window wouldn't close. With one receptionist managing everything, guests competed for attention in survival-of-the-rudest fashion. She'd abandon helping me whenever someone else interrupted, forcing me to wait while she handled whoever was most insistent. Hours of frustration followed. The maintenance worker actually said it ”wasn't really a problem” since ”most windows are like that in the hotel”—an alarming admission. After being dismissed and deprioritized repeatedly, I finally got another room. This one had a working window but noisy neighbors and poor soundproofing that broadcast every car horn. They sent an apology fruit platter—genuinely the best I've received in China, beautifully arranged. But fruit platters require far less investment than proper staff training, adequate staffing, or basic maintenance. The Bright Spots: Room and Breakfast The stylish room with warm atmosphere and spacious layout was genuinely nice, though the window view wasn't appealing. The bed was acceptable. The breakfast team was easily the best part of this hotel—truly professional unlike virtually everyone else. Day one featured fantastic food, skilled preparation, and competent service that stood in stark contrast to other departments. Even when choices declined on days two and three (less refilling, fewer Western options), the cooking team remained the most professional staff I encountered. They also shut down before 1:30 PM despite posted hours. Housekeeping Failures During housekeeping, I left my robe and towels out to be changed—they were clearly used and wet, obviously needing replacement. They didn't change them—they folded them and left them. I had to ask them to replace items like shower gel, basically had to tell them everything. They also moved my pile of dirty clothes for some reason and mixed it with clean clothes, putting everything on a chair. Maybe these staff should respect personal space and belongings? One housekeeping staff member in the morning delivered mineral water but was impatient and unfriendly. Infrastructure Issues This aging property needs renovation. The hotel is pretty old—windows not closing, minor things not working or getting detached from walls. Water temperature in the shower fluctuated wildly, giving you burning water on your face when you don't expect it. Shower pressure from the handle was pretty good, but not sure what the top running shower is for—low pressure, useless. Elevators were very slow. I ordered coffee—it was delivered to reception but they didn't call or message me and didn't use the robot to deliver to my room. I went downstairs at some point and took it. No explanation, no apology. Final Verdict Two genuine strengths: stylish rooms and a professional breakfast team that understood hospitality. This only highlighted how dysfunctional everything else was. The chaotic reception, incompetent housekeeping, dangerous infrastructure, and absent service standards make this hard to recommend—despite nice rooms and excellent breakfast staff. Would I return? No. Would I recommend? Only if everywhere else was fully booked.

Facilities: The hair dryer is very useful! It is the negative ion that blows the hair and it will not be very dry. The overall environment of the room is also very good and warm.

Nice hotel, very clean, located a short distance off the main roads so not noisy. 7-Eleven shop right next door. Guandu Old Town about 500m walk away.

Foi a nossa primeira visita a Kunming, e escolhemos ficar nesta villa com a nossa família. Embora houve um pequeno hip-hop Na chegada, o motorista Didi não estava certo sobre a localização exata e EU não tinha um número de contato local, o pessoal rapidamente chegou à resgate. O motorista chamou a villa, e o amigável “Xiao Ge Ge” forneceu direções claras para nos ajudar a encontrar o local. Ao longo de nossa estadia, Xiao Ge Ge foi incrivelmente útil, compartilhando recomendações para atrações locais através do WeChat e até mesmo pacientemente mostrando-nos como entrar e sair da porta principal para explorar a área livremente. Também gostávamos do café Da manhã quente preparado pelo Tipo “Ah Yi”.As nozes e as porreiras quentes eram deliciosas e nos deixaram sentir em casa. As nossas quartos eram limpos, agradáveis e superam as nossas expectativas em conforto, tornando a nossa estadia realmente relaxante e agradável. Recomendado para todos que procurem uma experiência amigável, confortável e bem-vinda de villa em Kunming!

The hotel location is located inside Guandu old town and near the entrance of the south gate. It's located in a very quiet area and only 2 mins walk to the busy pedestrian street with lots of restaurants. This hotel has a beautiful garden where you can have free Chinese all day if you are a teas lover. The owners are lovely and friendly Chinese couples, and they are very helpful in providing information about kunming. Rooms are clean and huge, come with a balcony and a washing machine for your laundry. Highly recommended to stay here if you visit kunming.

Near the Yunnan museum and Guandu ancient city, A few steps at the corner there is halal restaurants. We take Bus no 169 to Baofeng subway station to move around the city and to Kunming downtown by subway. The bus stop about 2 minutes walk from the hotel Affordable and good location.near the river.cozy area.

This hotel is excellent and romantic for a couple. The amenities are great, it's located pretty much central to everything in Guandu Ancient Town. They do provide breakfast as well. Staff are friendly to foreigners. The Yunnan museum is also around 20 minutes walking distance from Guandu.
