Our stay was absolutely perfect. The room was clean and bright, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. The front desk even thoughtfully gave us a welcome gift, which was a really nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located for dining and shopping, offering excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to everyone. They also have a laundry room with a dryer, which is super convenient for families with children. The infinity pool's water was incredibly clean too.

Both of us are extremely satisfied staying Im this hotel. The resapan for giving the hotel 10/10 are: - Efficient customer service, the senior lady as well as the younger staff at the counter are very alert and responsive. I would say the young senior staff with short hair is a gem to the hotel management team. She's kind, caring and hospitable. - The Hotel is strategically located near to the Kunming Railway Station as well as to FuDe Subway station. Moving around in Kunming city is so convenient. - Just next to the hotel is the Shuangqiao Night Market. It's the largest night market in Kunming. We enjoyed the variety of food served in the market. - Although the night market operates till 3am, the rooms remain quiet and peaceful to sleep in because the Hotel has double layered glass windows to block out the noise from outside . - The breakfast I served is also delicious : local noodles and wantons served in three types of soup - plain chicken broth, sour and spicy or Mala taste. The hygiene was impeccable; the entire room was dust-free and odor-free. The bedding and bathroom fixtures were spotless and tidy. The room was cozy, with excellent natural light and ventilation, and very good soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. All appliances and daily necessities were provided. The host was exceptionally helpful, providing travel tips in advance and promptly addressing any needs. They were kind and considerate. The location was superb, with supermarkets, restaurants, and transportation hubs nearby, making it incredibly convenient for dining and sightseeing. The area is well-developed and convenient. Overall, it was comfortable and hassle-free. I've already added it to my favorites and will definitely come back next time!

Our family of three was booked into the hotel's family room for 2 nights & the room was well appointed with all expected amenities & was very clean. The surrounding areas was convenient with lots of food options. There's an array of snacks & drink options available at the lobby area & is a welcomed respite from the cold weather outside. The breakfast spread was extensive & contains both east / west bites. Recommended for families travelling to & from this beautiful city.

If you like street food this is a good option for you. It’s situated near the kunming night market. The whole 12 th floor of a commercial building is converted into hotel rooms. It’s tricky to find. The DiDi driver left me at the entrance of the night market which is a km away. That’s DIDis fault. The hotel manager is very nice and helpful. The projector TV is fun for music videos.

It rained for three days in Kunming, and the socks were free in this hotel! The washing machine dryer is stronger than my home. I can wear it in the morning after washing at night. The big sister at the breakfast rice noodles window saw me with a bowl tangled, and directly adjusted me to a local food method. The big window in the room was facing a green shade, and the window was closed as quiet as in the library. The little girl at the front desk smiled every time she passed by. She asked for directions and drew a hand-painted map directly for me. The handwriting was scrawled but super useful. The takeaway robot would take the elevator by itself and bump into it several times in the corridor, always thinking it was better than I would recognize the way. The bedding is the kind of softness that you don't want to move when you lie down. I stayed for three nights. Every day I came back to the towel and folded it neatly. I also threw the charging cable on the table into a small circle, and the details were controlled with ecstasy. Oh, by the way, the freshly ground coffee in the lobby is also very fragrant. I squatted with a paper cup next to the revolving door to watch the rain for half an hour. This is probably the relaxation of travel. Next time I come to Kunming, I will stay here. After all, even people like me can be taken care of properly. There are really not many places. ～

The room was nice and even had a pretty comfortable bed, but there was a strong smell of cigarettes everywhere (even on the bed linen and the towels). When I asked the receptionist if they could change my room or find a solution, they told me to just spray some air freshener. Also, I think it’d be great to provide some bottles of water like everywhere do.

We are a family of 3 adults and chose this hotel specifically for the 3 beds, proximity to the Metro and the night food street. Taking the Metro from the airport to this hotel is quite easy...just need a simple exchange & exit at Fude station followed by an interesting 6mins walk. The check in was easy & fast. The room was a surprise...quite spacious, very comfortable and the amenities were excellent! The night food street provided us with plenty of awesome food choices. The hotel has 2 washing machines & dryer...that close at 10pm and open at 830am. We like this hotel and we re-booked again for our last night before flying out of Kunming
