Service excellent,villa very big, good lighting,but no light at the bed,so bring a small torch.Good bed.Breakfast good, especially we liked the big choice of fresh fruit juices.Unfortunately the restaurant closes at 6pm, but there are 3 good Thai restaurants next door.No breakfast buffet.You have to order the breakfast for the following day right after your breakfast.Not all people know today what they would like to eat the next day.No deck chairs at the beautiful beach, but enough around the pool.As the way to the resort is quite steep, it is not suitable for handicapped people.We were happy and can recommend this resort.

The hotel environment is also good, the view is very good, the room is very new, the pool is also beautiful, there are not many people, it is easy to swim ～ like ～ Overall living is particularly comfortable and relaxing ～ The staff attitude is also good! Loved love! Next time I go to Samui, I will definitely stay again. I stayed for 3 nights this time and I will stay for a week next time! We stayed in Villa number 3 fro 3 days at the start of our holiday. Nina greeted us and showed us around the very spacious and well presented villa. She created a Whatsapp group for us to join and added a large amount of local information so we could refer to it during our trip. We used the group to enquire about taxis, hotels, activities etc and the staff always responded very quickly. They arranged everything we wanted during our stay. We also had a minor issue with a shower and reported this using the group. An engineer came and then obtained a part and repaired the shower inside an hour. The villa is lovely, Large rooms, excellent facilities. The pool was big and was in use constantly with 3 teenagers. We were pretty jet lagged so spent the first couple of days acclimatising and spent a lot of time in the villa. The location is a bit out of the way and up a very steep hill. This is fine if you are prepared for it. The staff helped us with finding groceries etc and had pre-stocked our fridge before our arrival. I emailed them a list of what they needed and I just paid them on arrival. Very efficient. We had food delivered to the villa on one night which was easy. The team at Baan Saitara could not have been more helpful and the villa was first class.

The resort is absolutely stunning, a tropical paradise, and the staff made our stay so memorable, going above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable experience. I proposed to my now fiancé during our stay and again the staff’s attention to detail to make the occasion so special was second to none. Hotel location is very good, the rooms are single-family villas, the swimming pool is good, the deepest 170, you can swim very well, the water is very clean, breakfast is chosen according to your preferences, in fact, the content is quite rich, but there is no Chinese food. The hotel has direct access to the beach, the sand is thick, the beach is not beautiful, the beach has a drink service at night, it feels good, I ordered a glass of ice cola 100 baht, but the waiter was great.
