I have to express my sincere gratitude to Ms Hatsumi from the hotel. Thanks to her help, I had a wonderful trip to Rokkōsan. She is definitely a polite, professional, and of course pretty lady. Her communication skills are good especially that she speaks fluent English which would be of great help for someone like me who don't speak any japanese. Although the original local tour was full of bookings , she helped me reserve a taxi and solve my ease of communicating with local taxi drivers. The view and environment is splendid with a great hotel service teams. I would highly recommend to someone who wants to experience a unique accommodation experience. Though the drawbacks , as you might know already , is 1) no private bathroom 2) not sound-proof building materials , but it is understandable given that the hotel is with ancient history

O serviço era um pouco escasso.Li comentários que eles eram muito amigáveis, MAS não me senti assim.Sinto que eles eram muito curtos Na forma Como falam e parecem cansados.No entanto, a localização era boa.Apenas no lado Da Cidade Da Chinatown. O hotel é muito orçamento que não corresponde ao seu preço, considerando que eu estive em 4 hotéis durante a minha estadia. As luzes desaparecem rapidamente no fogo. O fluxo de água era pequeno. Mas está tudo bem, é eco-friendly, acho eu. O jantar de Misso é o Mais caro, o parque de carros é caro e eles vão pagar-lhe se chegar cedo ou deixar o carro no parque de carros, de acordo com o que acontece depois de chegar e sair. Isto é compreensível, mas é aqui que o hotel perdeu algum sentido de toque.

Title: Squeaky Clean and Good Storage, But Be Aware of Strict Cashless Fees and Missing Essentials Review: I recently stayed at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kobe Sannomiya. While the hardware of the hotel is good, certain policies and service gaps significantly impacted the comfort of my stay. On the positive side, the hygiene standards here are excellent. The room was spotless and very modern, which is always the most critical factor for me when traveling. I also want to express my appreciation for the luggage keeping arrangement. Being able to store my bags securely and easily both before check-in and after check-out was a huge help, allowing me to explore Kobe freely without the burden of heavy luggage. However, international travelers need to be aware of a major caveat: this is a strictly ”cashless” hotel. I attempted to pay with cash to avoid bank fees, but was refused. I was forced to use my VISA card, which meant I was hit with foreign transaction and exchange fees that amounted to roughly an extra 5% cost on my trip. I found this policy very rigid and frustrating for guests who prefer using cash. Furthermore, the in-room amenities and service were disappointing. Guests should know that the rooms are completely bare of essentials—there are no razors, toothbrushes, or toothpaste provided in the room. Realizing this late at night caused unnecessary trouble. Additionally, the housekeeping service lacked attention to detail; even though my Yukata (sleepwear) was clearly used and left out to be changed, the staff did not replace it with a fresh one. Overall, Sotetsu Fresa Inn offers a very clean environment, but the lack of basic in-room amenities and the strict payment policy make it difficult for me to fully recommend it to travelers trying to manage their budget and convenience.

O hotel está perto da Estação de Trem de Sannomiya e há supermercados, Daiso, restaurantes e um centro de bowling à porta.Perfeito para famílias. A sala é Muito grande e TEM Quatro camas.Abrir três sacos de bagagem e andar por aí.Adoro o secador de cabelo fornecido Na sala!

Quite a nice hotel. Accessible to places via walking. The room is clean and comfortable. Daily changing of towels and bath robes is provided (may not be that environmental friendly). It will be good to provide a few hangers 😊 Otherwise, it's been a pleasant stay in the hotel.

O hotel era ótimo, e o lounge também, mas, para minha surpresa, a piscina não era gratuita. Não me avisaram sobre a cobrança antes de eu entrar na água. Esta é a primeira vez que isso me acontece em todos os hotéis da rede IHG em que já me hospedei.

Instalações: As instalações são completas. Higiene: A higiene é muito boa, e você decide se precisa de limpeza. Ambiente: Fica a cerca de 10 minutos a pé da Estação Sannomiya. Serviço: A recepção é acolhedora. Satisfação geral, e o preço é bastante razoável.

Honestamente, a senhora da recepção que nos registrou não foi acolhedora, bastante rude. O mal-entendido aconteceu em breve devido a problemas de estacionamento. Ela veio corrigir o problema e peço desculpas e agradeço. Geral. Bom serviço

Hotel service was good. Dinner and breakfast was provided as part of the stay. Food was good for the stay since there are not much options for food at Arima. Most shops are closed by afternoon. Though the hotel is old but it’s renovated (except for the old wooden cupboard) which made the stay more pleasant. Onsen is indoor and small so will need to go at hours with lesser people.
