Friendly, and helpful staff.The location is very good. The Real Canadian Superstore is very close by, and a Costco is right behind Superstore.. Orchard Park Mall is across the street. The rooms were very clean. The beds, well I slept like a baby on them all night. Absolutely love the beds. The showerhead in.the room we were in was very modern and I loved it. The breakfast was pretty good. You can toast your bread/waffle fancy toaster you would see in Tim Hortons or A&W.Tgey have hard boiled eggs, cereal, muffins, granola bars, yogurt, tea, coffee, apple juice, orange juice and cranberry juice. Also they have a pool and hot tub very close to the reception desk to check in or out. Only a few parking spots in front, a few on the side and the rest of the parking is located in the back. If you park on the side of White Spot parking you will get towed or ticketed.The is a cement dividers and if it snows you may not see them as they are small. Please be aware and be careful. Son tried Turing off shower the hot water handle flew off wall and hot water was pumping out of wall luckily did not burn my son. Then we were sitting in bed and the metal ring around the sprinkler just fell of roof we looked at it it was apparently being held up. Good location and was clean but hotel falling apart will stay somewhere else from now on

Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful, room was bigger than normal, it was clean and it had microwave, and a fridge plus dishes. Pool was clean and so was hot tub. The hotel is older. But as I mentioned it was clean, it has good location. We will definitely stay there again

Staff was friendly, property had too much snow. Machine was working there, but didn't do anything right. Parking was bad, but room was nice smelling and very clean.
