The hotel is very close to the Great Stupa, a few minutes walk. The environment is very good, and the restaurant downstairs is very good. The waiters are very friendly, but the English is too complicated to communicate. Helping to call a taxi usually requires a quick reply and a good attitude. The price/performance ratio is still very high, and the sleep is very solid.

The staff was thoughtful and friendly,the team was kind and generous,the surrounding area has so much experience with amazing beautiful Kathmandu valley view, swimming pool in 7 floor it is the best thing in this hotel ,hotel manager Pardip so helpful,the rooms was new design best boutique hotel, highly recommend all friends and families.

I am on the tail end of an 18-night stay at the Lakhey Hotel in Kathmandu, and I can honestly say that it has been WONDERFUL. I've gotten to know many of the staff, and they all are warm, friendly, and gracious. The hotel has only been open for a couple of months, and it is spotlessly clean, kept that way in part by one of the hardest working housekeepers, Sumitra, that I have ever seen. The staff head, Rajesh, and his assistants, Raj Kumar and Ram, who also multitask with cooking, greet me every morning with a warm welcoming. They all will make you feel like you are part of their family. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, off a busy street, and conveniently located near the touristy Thamel area. The rooms are spotlessly clean, modern, rather upscale, but very economical. The hotel does not have a restaurant but provides a GREAT breakfast that is way beyond what they call a ”continental breakfast” that one would get in America. Freshly cooked to each guest, it includes eggs however you like them (I loved the omelet!), freshly cut fruit, veggies, potatoes, toast with butter & jam, juice, & coffee or tea. And there is a restaurant right next door for other meals. I had never stayed at the Lakhey Hotel before, but I can highly recommend it, and I will surely return in the future. Beautiful hotel with more elegant facilities.

This is probably the best hotel in Nagarkot. The facilities are also relatively good. The hotel has a buffet dinner, and you can also eat potatoes from Mustang, which are really delicious. The swimming pool was not used as it was too cold and a bunch of happy Nepalis enjoyed the pool very much. I didn't see the Himalayas due to the weather, but the scenery is still good. (While visiting the hotel, I strayed into the hotel staff walkway, which is also a place where garbage is piled up. It is really smelly. It is the smelliest smell I have ever smelled in my life. It is recommended that the hotel set up road signs to prevent guests from entering by mistake)

The hotel is newly renovated and the bedding is new and clean. The front desk staff are very good, enthusiastic and thoughtful. Many of them have been trained in Sanya resort hotels and can speak some Mandarin. The restaurant on the first floor even helped us make instant noodles for free🍜 Recommended, will stay here again next time There is a SPA in the hotel, and guests can get 15% off. The technique is very good, but there are only three essential oils to choose from: lavender, ylang ylang and eucalyptus.

The staff service was great. It was caring everywhere and friendly. However, the water was dirty anyway! In Nepal, the hotel with a bathtub is valuable, so I stayed here to check the facilities and think I can take a bath in the bathtub, but it was a pity that I couldn't do it. It is true that water is often yellow in Nepal, but it was the first time that such blue and black water came out. I was a little scared when I thought I was taking a shower or washing my face with this water. When I asked the hotel, I was disappointed by the manager's reply that the tank was broken, and there was no apology or compensation for it. The breakfast was delicious, but the variety was small and the bread was hard.
