We have stayed at, this hotel , several times over the past five year's. It is very comfortable, and has well tended grounds .The Denizkizi private beach is amazing , there are always plenty of sun beds. the hotel food is good no matter where you eat . room service pool side or the beach bar / restaurant

Very outdated , old and unserviced. Needs a facelift but the scenery, beach is all to die for. Breakfast was ok .The were courteous and kind . Mini bar overpriced. Can use this hotel as base when you go to Cyprus

This was our 3rd holiday to North Cyprus & the Denizkizi, nothing much has changed at the hotel, the gardens, swimming pool are immaculate & well looked after, the beach is lovely & the food at the beach restaurant is great value for money & sooooo tasty. We stayed in the Royal where the rooms were of a good size & very comfortable, Sadia who cleaned our room did a fantastic job & was so lovely, Gonul on the reception was a delight, always willing to help with any query, & always with a smile, so thank you to all staff at the Denizkizi for making our holiday a memorable one.

My wife and I visited for Sunday lunch with a difference, it’s lamb cooked in a well, and before it’s served up the owner explains why it’s in the well and the history, you get Meze to start, lamb cooked in the well along with potato’s and onions, and a side salad and some nice fruit for dessert, over all we left stuffed and the whole experience was awesome, at time of writing we paid 1200 TL for the pair of us, about £37 well worth it

We went with my girlfriend, before entering, we asked if we could check around and look at the sea, we even asked the person in charge to leave our ID card, if we liked it, we said that we wanted to come and pay and log in, but he refused us with an irresponsible and disgusting attitude in no way. I clearly told him that my girlfriend was uncomfortable with the stones, that he ruined our holiday last time, and at that time he started to say things like Deniz Kizi beach was the best beach in Cyprus, it was like he was drunk, I do not recommend this place in any way, it is a place beyond disgrace.

We did it stay at the hotel but the beach is well worth a visit. Decent beach, gently shelving shore. Plenty of sunbeds. Admission price reasonable and cafe and toilets fairly good standard with quick service at the cafe and bar area. The water is nice and clear and the little bay is protected from the larger waves. No water sports activity which was really good as it was peaceful with some nice areas for snorkelling too.

We visited for the day as a family of two adults and a 3 year old in August 2023. We paid 150TL per adult to use the pool and beach for the day. Both areas are kept fairly clean and we never had any issues getting sun beds. The pool area is a little tired in places and the kids pool could do with a good clean of the tiles. These were very grubby looking and there was a lot of sand at the bottom of this pool. There were a lot of children jumping off the bridge into the kids pool which was very unsafe and this didn’t seem to be monitored by the hotel. Drinks and ice creams were priced very reasonably by the pool. We will return as day guests in the future.

I can truly recommend this place. Wonderful waiters and waitresses, everybody really kind and helpful. Very good food, rooms are clear and comfortable. They have their own beach and pool. Great for families with kids.
