Our rep Danuta was informative and caring meeting us at the airport and being with us all thru the holiday....38 of us in all. Hotel was lovely and staff very polite, couldn't fault them. Poolside great too as was the beach. The tours with Titan were very good. We couldn't of done all of them on our own. The only negative was the food, repetitive and not very interesting oh and the weather....phew so hot but hey how can u control that!!!! "

"We happily entered the 41st year of our marriage in the ambiance of this beautiful hotel. With the warm approach of Murat Mirasoğlu and the hotel management who provided us with this opportunity, we were upgraded to a suite in line with the opportunity provided by the low season. On the evening of our anniversary, we had a special night at an à la carte restaurant, organized by Mr. Murat. The staff was always there and helpful, their friendly approach made us feel comfortable. The bartender made a delicious cocktail with a special mixture for my wife and wrote down the mixture and gave it to us. The food and meat quality in the restaurants was good. The spa was pretty good, the ambience of the pool was great. My wife and I moved very comfortably in all parts of the hotel. We couldn't swim in the sea due to the season, but you can reach the beach in a short time from the hotel. We would like to thank Mr. Murat and the hotel management again. We will be at this beautiful hotel again at the first opportunity."

"The hotel and staff are above and beyond expectations. Especially the main breakfast dept with high commendation to. Kamil. Rest manager Serdar Muhammed. I would also like to include Funda guest relation and also Meliah.. mellisa and ipek for great beverage services . Overall my stay was outstanding... only one minor error or downfall was the dinner buffet service was very poor in service and lacked the friendliest people to serve you. I would recommend friends and family to visit and stay . I would also give it 4.5 stars out of 5 stars overall. Great place and great people with service to match. Thank you Merit hotel. My stay Was fantastic. Cheers and thank you to all"
