Propriedades JI Hotel em Kaifeng

All Seasons is as reliable as ever! The lobby has a soothing aroma of tea and a quiet environment. The front desk service is attentive and efficient, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. Hot water is plentiful, and the facilities are well-maintained. The self-service laundry room is very practical and convenient for travel. The service is courteous and considerate, making for a reassuring stay. It's the top choice for business travelers and highly recommended!

I asked the hotel front desk to open the new room in June and the smell of obvious decoration, but the hotel reception said that they all passed the formaldehyde test. I think the big brand should be able to ensure that the front desk Xiaoqi is very intimate and provides the air purifier after opening. The room is bright and clean. Stainless facilities are brand new, as always, the standardization and standardization are very reassuring. The front desk staff is warm and friendly. The front desk Xiaoyan sent us safely to the high-speed rail station. It took us 15 minutes to take the initiative to carry our luggage. Let us feel the warm service. Breakfast is not Too good, need to improve in the future!

Let's start with the positives. The hotel is quite close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, about a 10-15 minute walk. Turning right out of the hotel would be even closer, but that road is under construction and very difficult to navigate; I wouldn't recommend walking there at night as it's easy to trip. On the first day, not knowing any better, I turned left and went through a pedestrian street, which was actually a detour. The staff didn't proactively inform me about the better route either. The service was acceptable. My room wasn't ready when I checked in, so I had to wait a bit, but not for too long. The room itself was quite spacious, but the bathroom had a slight odor. The shower had great water pressure, which was a plus. Breakfast was good, definitely a highlight.

Overall, the experience at this Ji Hotel was excellent. Located in the new district, the hotel boasts a quiet environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, ensuring a good night's sleep. The rooms were spotless, the bedding was soft, and the double-glazed windows provided excellent soundproofing. Ample parking was available, including charging stations, making it especially convenient for those traveling by car. The breakfast was authentic and delicious. The front desk was efficient, and there was also a laundry and drying room. Major tourist attractions were easily accessible by taxi, making it suitable for both business and leisure travel. It offered great value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Kaifeng.

I took the children to travel for the whole season, and the whole exceeded expectations! The hotel is quiet and elegant as a whole, the log style is very comfortable, there is no noise, and the children are suitable for playing and rest. The room is full of space, the bedding is soft, the zero-pressure mattress is sleepy for adults and children, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and it is very convenient to wash with a baby. The front desk staff was very gentle, storing luggage and asking for directions patiently answered, the robot sent things to children especially like, novel and interesting. There is hot tea on the first floor all day, and you can take your children to rest and drink tea and read a book when you are tired. The self-service laundry room is dryed, and the dirty clothes are cleaned at any time when you go out to play. The breakfast is rich in variety, porridge, pasta, fruit, and milk, which is very suitable for children's tastes. The sanitation is meticulous, the overall clean and odorless, the price is very high, and the parent-child travel is highly recommended.
