Great hotel with an excellent service! My room was taken care of the very sweet and always smiling housekeeper (Dudu). She made my sad day brighter by leaving lovely towel swans on my bed and my room super clean ❤️ The food and the cakes were delicious and the staff was always polite and paying attention to guests needs. The sea was crystal clear and very pleasant (no big waves or dirty stuff from the boats).

We travelled to this hotel with my mother for 6 days and had a great stay! We really don’t have anything bad to say about the whole experience. The hotel was clean and beautiful, food was great and staff was extremely nice! Our housekeeping lady Fürüziye (paron if the name isn’t correctly spelled) was so warm and friendly, always made sure our room was cleaned and ready for us, and always greeted us with a kind smile! Every hotel needs workers like her! Awesome experience overall!

Reception/Concierge/Staff: 2.5 Points The Kempinski's reception was consistently friendly and helpful, with staff escorting guests to their rooms at check-in. However, the support for room issues was slow, and the staff's English proficiency was lacking. Additionally, the concierge was unfamiliar with the room’s air conditioning system. Food and Beverage: 4.5 Points The culinary offerings at Kempinski were impressive, with a vast selection of international dishes and beverages available at breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets. The themed dinners were particularly enjoyable and varied. The only downside was the sushi buffet, which fell short due to poorly prepared rice and unappealing sushi varieties. Rooms/Housekeeping: 4 Points The rooms at Kempinski are spacious, modern, and lavishly furnished with the latest technology. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not perform as expected, resulting in uncomfortably warm nights. Additionally, housekeeping often overlooked essentials such as replenishing shampoo, providing fresh towels, and emptying the trash. Hotel Facilities/Evening Entertainment: 4.5 Points The expansive hotel grounds include direct access to a private beach. Towels and comfortable loungers are readily available at both the pool and the beach, with staff providing refreshing drinks throughout the day. The private poolside bungalows are a highlight, though at €100 per day, they are somewhat pricey. The evening entertainment is diverse and complemented by cocktails. The spa and gym offer a range of activities, though the gym's ventilation could be improved. Beach/Pier: 4 Points The beach access involves walking through sand and stones, with clear and clean water. Private beach bungalows cost €150 per day and include service. At the pier, private bungalows are available for €250 per day, with complimentary fruit and beverages, and meal service starting at 1 PM. A suggested improvement would be to provide each bungalow with an iPad for easier ordering. Conclusion Overall Rating: 3.9 Kempinski offers a luxurious experience with outstanding food and beautiful facilities. However, there are areas for improvement in room functionality and service efficiency. Enhancing staff engagement and technical support would further elevate the guest experience.

We chose this hotel for the second time and again we were not disappointed. Although it was full, we didn't feel that anywhere. Neither on the beach nor at the pools. The reason we like to come back here is because the pool is huge, the sun loungers are a comfortable distance away and because there are no animation programmes, there is no loud music, just the sounds of nature. The staff are not only kind, attentive and smiling, but we also get personal attention. They remember our favourite drink, our favourite table, and greet us like old friends on the second day. We had a problem with our room and the front desk gave us an A+ service in complaint handling. They dealt with it immediately, kept in touch with us, and because of the problem we got a better room than we had originally booked. I had my birthday during our stay but we didn't want to celebrate it at dinner, we didn't ask for cake or champagne, even though we saw that there were one or two celebrations every night. That day, when we went back to our room in the afternoon, we were greeted on the table by a small cake and a bottle of champagne with a nice message. Now that was a complete surprise. The Dome made my birthday very special. Thank you. A special mention goes to the pool bar superhero, Muti, who tirelessly prepares drinks and has a kind word for everyone. Nudret at breakfast and lunch brought us our favourite breakfast drink almost without question, while being kind and quick. And Aidana impressed us with her non-stop fulfilling orders from sunbathers around the pool in 40 degree weather. She never mixed up drinks, remembered what we used to ask her for, and she was all smiles and endlessly kind, whether she came to us at 10am or 5pm. Attention to detail was also evident in the fact that after we had checked out, while waiting for our airport shuttle, the receptionist came up to us to tell us that the bus was running a little late and asked us what refreshments we could have while we waited. It is a small thing, but this attitude is all present in this hotel. We will definitely come back next year.

I had the most incredible experience at the hotel but particularly with the spa Seyma the lady at the front desk was so accommodating and kind and when she found out it was my birthday, even sang me happy birthday complete with mini cake treat and candle. I did the collagen facial and the Turkish hamam with Fatos, who was an amazing therapist. She did all the works on the facial from cleansing my pores all the way through to deep massage and of course the collagen treatment. The hamam was Devine and brings you back to what it must have been like in the Ottoman times. The scent of the oils and the honey and soaps were amazing and the experience invigorating and relaxing at the same time. Thank you to Bilima the manager and thank you to the staff who made it a truly special experience

There is very little you can fault with this hotel. The all inclusive is just incredible. Top quality drinks and food. Usually in large hotels the buffet is repetitive and impersonal. Here it is very different. The food is amazing with so much choice. The dining area is beautifully set out so you don’t feel like you are sitting in a canteen. The pool, beach and cabanas are lovely. Comfortable sunbeds. For a full hotel you really don’t feel crammed. The rooms are large, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Everywhere is so spacious and well thought out. This hotel has something for everyone. Couples, families and group of friends would all enjoy the experience. The nearby shopping centre ‘legend’ is well worth a visit too. I honestly cannot praise this hotel, their staff and management enough. You have made our stay so special and we will be back soon. A special thanks must go to Nurgül the thoughtful cleaning lady who met all my needs, Nusret the young lady that greeted me with a smile every morning at breakfast and Tevekkül on reception who was so helpful with our questions and needs. Overall you will not be disappointed with this hotel at all.

It was very nice hotel totally, very nice room, big room & comfort , very good drink , very nice hotel for people how like luxury alcohol brands, very nice wisky, tequila, vodka, …, too delicious food, specially thanks to our amazing & kind & polite bartender his name is muti, he was very nice, we love him so much, and special thanks to ilima & damla , these girls are so nice and kind, they help us alot, this hotel totally very nice but the only problem they don’t have program, this hotel good only for relaxing & meditation, i was in Antalya resort more than 8 time, this hotel every things was amazing , the only problem was so quiet , we love you kempinski the dome belek, you are amazing but try more activities ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
