Picked up the car from the car rental company at the airport and arrived at the hotel in more than half an hour. The road conditions are very good. The hotel combines eating, drinking, and fun, and the decoration style of fairy tales. Children love it very much. The breakfast and dinner were very hearty and the taste was good. This is the second stay, and the price difference is very high in low season and high season.

We’ve been there the forth time. And for sure we ll be back next year. We tried also different resorts but one thing is certain - you can never go wrong with this one. The things that are important to me are at top level in this resort. Food quality, everything is spotless clean, and I mean everything - sunbeds, rooms, beach, yard, etc., service level and the stuff - all amazing. Excelent job! The food variety and evening programs can be improved but I’d rather have quality than variety and if you are the kind of person who likes to go out at night, or you are in that stage of your life, going to an all inclusive resort is not the most fortunate choice all together. I am happy I found this place and I thank all the people who are working there and make my experience perfect. You are doing an amazing job! Congratulations! I ll for sure be back again!

Very beautiful green area, many Instagram locations, even a turtle was seen on the lawn. I wouldn't say the service was great. In a restaurant, you can wait half an hour for the waiter to come and offer you drinks. But the food is really tasty and everything is varied. The rooms are very simple, in rather strange colors, there is no master light, each light bulb had to be turned off with a separate switch, which are located throughout the room. Very strong audibility, we had a connection room, the door was locked, but you could even hear them breathing in the next room. The concept includes only local alcohol, so you can forget about basic Aperol or Baileys; 80 percent of the people staying at the hotel are Europeans, almost everyone just drinks beer. On the plus side, there is a great animation team and a lot of sports. For example, you could ride a banana boat, rent a kayak or stand-up paddle board for free. Or take a tennis class. Overall, it’s a great vacation; the main thing is to be prepared for some nuances.

It was clean, the food was delicious and the activities were nice. Although we chose a double bed room, the beds in the room were single, they helped to put the beds together in a short time.

So I will start with the positives, the pool area was amazing for both my 6 and 16 year old. They loved the pool and were happy to spend alot of time in the pool. The spa treatments were lovely and the spa it's self is such a beautiful space. There was also a lovely lady in the kids club who was amazing with my daughter. The kids mini disco was enjoyed by my 6 year old. Now on to the negative, when we arrived we weren't checked in properly, we had to go back and ask for the wrist bands and no guidance on where anything was, it was pretty late when we arrived so wandering around aimlessly trying to find the snack restaurant wasn't great. The food was appalling, unlabelled food,bland food and very repetitive. Any British person we spoke to felt the same (only locals seemed to have full plates) the kids section was constantly out of food and the choice was the same every day, nuggets, chips & sausage. The difference in treatment between locals and travellers was very clear numerous times it was very clear me or my children were being spoken about and laughed at. The entertainment wasn't great, we didn't actually spend a full night at the entertainment as it was so dull. During the day we were invited to join in the activities my husband and son went to join but none of the instructions we said in English (even though they were invited in english) so couldn't take part. Similar experiences with the kids club activities except with the lady mentioned above. Staff would always speak to my husband instead of me, even when it was about spa treatments for me. The rooms are very basic and although provided with clean towels every day the rooms aren't actually cleaned. The hotel is on a very busy main road and the traffic noise continues all night, there was no difference in noise when balcony door was closed to when it was open. Apart from lands of legends there is literally nothing for you to do in the area. Unfortunately this was a really poor experience for us, I believe alot of the positive reviews are from local people and doesn't reflect the views of people travelling to turkey. When we visited there was a hand full of travellers at this hotel.
