My wife and I stayed with our 2 children in February. (5 and 1-year old) The weather was ideal for outdoor games. The Theme Park is so beautiful and big that it resembles Disneyland. Especially the rollercoaster is breathtaking. The kids had great fun too. Dolphin show recommended. The hotel rooms are very nice and attractive for children. After leaving the theme park, more play activities should be offered for children in the indoor areas of the hotel and the area for this is a bit small. We would like to be able to leave at least one of our children in the children's club under supervision for 1-2 hours. However, there is no such area. Breakfast and lunch are ideal. Dinner is better. However, in an all-inclusive hotel system, squeezed orange juice should not be charged extra. I am grateful to Bell boy Selim for his help. He made our stay very easy. On the day I was leaving the hotel, he connected our feeding machine to electricity and helped me prepare my little child's food. Therefore, he helped us spend our last day comfortably. I'm appreciated for your kind help.

The price is average, so it's OK

This is a very cost-effective hotel, and is worth recommending to middle-class families. The swimming pool, slide, children's games, restaurant, and beach are all impeccable. My child thinks it is the best place she has ever played abroad, better than Bali, Indonesia. There are also shortcomings. Some people at the front desk are not proactive in service. For example, the front desk on duty in the afternoon of July 12 did not explain how to use the wifi, but this is just a few cases. The overall service of the hotel is satisfactory.

It was clean, the food was delicious and the activities were nice. Although we chose a double bed room, the beds in the room were single, they helped to put the beds together in a short time.

Good food and friendly staff, our holiday was amazing. We came big family with a children and we are absolutely happy, because here too much activities for adults and as well as children , that’s why you can be no worry . Also thank you to personal for everything, they helped too much during our stay

Great sea quality. Food is tasty and abundant. Hotel dining rooms appears to be busy, but the food is tasty. Great variety of any food there. Great SPA. A lot of thanks to Arman and the reception crew. Very much enjoyed visiting this spa. Kind regards, Maria

Just WOW, this was our 2nd Christmas & NY at Cullinan, and it was as magical as last year. From the minute you walk in you are made to feel special. We had Nagehan & Atakan as guest relations…they were fabulous. Kept us updated every day on what was on, assisted are every request quickly & efficiently. The service was excellent. Our room a Roof Room was the end room, very large & spacious. Well equipped and very clean, both day & evening clean/ towel change, turn down service was 10/10. Beds really comfy. The main restaurant was good, choose & quality, service good . Also day snacks look for Volkan he’s brilliant & can talk 🤣. The ALC were fabulous. The steakhouse is exceptional, service & value for money €49. The restaurant Manager remembered us from last year which was lovely. The Tappanyaki also €49 well worth it. Great entertainment & food lovely (so much I couldn’t eat it all) a great nights entertainment on its own. The 24/7 service, quality & food was great. Also the Italian very good. The patisserie & chocolate shop a must. There are some lovely shops, a mini shop and hairdressers/ beauty salon. I had hair style and nails done, really pleased. Spa excellent and well equipped. I mainly used the Irish bar, loved sitting outside with overhead gas heaters…so warm. The staff here just exceptional Memet Ali, Batu brilliant but Aysenur (I Sha) the best waitress I’ve ever had & been to all major hotels in Turkey. The entertainment for Xmas & NY really good. We are already looking to book next year. This hotel is a must if you like to be made to feel special. The golf courses are in great condition and the clubhouse really nice, good staff and food. We spoke to guest relations about a few things (small) we’d like to see next year..sandwiches in the patisserie. Baked potatoes in the main restaurant. Which they were interested in our views. Can’t wait to get back… same room please. Just WOW.
