非常nice的一家酒店，前台接待服務好，酒店用餐環境舒適，餐廳就在湖邊，停車位充足，非常適合境外自駕旅行多停留幾天，期待再次相遇！

My husband and I visited Vivid blue for a couples break. Right from the beginning we had an amazing experience. On arrival Ranka(I apologise if I’ve spelt this incorrectly) the manager gave us a free upgrade to a sea view room. She showed us to our room and explained how everything worked. All staff were friendly and extremely helpful- they went above and beyond. The hotel itself was immaculate and the room we were in was very clean with an amazing view. The balcony was lovely for spending evenings relaxing. The pool area was also very nice. The food was lovely, the only con would be that the menu is the same everyday. I would highly reccommend this hotel and will definitly return.

I had booked the hotel months and months in advance and wasn't quite sure what to expect, especially given the awful weather forecast I was reading from the week before. The transfer from Tivat does take a while and includes a short ferry crossing more at the Tivat end. Our coach managed to reach the hotel despite the narrow roads on the approach. The hotel is built into the mountain side and enjoys a fabulous location. We had rooms in Luna with amazing views up the bay of Kotor. A buggy took our luggage to our building. Our room was sea view in the premium location (we had paid for this). However our daughter got a similar room that we had not paid for. Great. It is very true that there are lots of steps and slopes at the hotel. Luna is closest to the restaurant and the pool. We had read about this and did exercise caution at all times. This is not a hotel for guests with mobility issues. The staff are all wonderful, from the cleaning staff to the waiters, gardeners, receptionists, porters and bar staff. There was plenty to get involved in by way of activities, led by the enthusiastic animation team. The hotel complex has a small private beach and a cordoned off area for swimming. There is a beach bar which is open when the weather is good enough. Unfortunately the roof top bar was not open when we were there. I would have loved that. The main bar is under the restaurant and the décor is modern and it is comfortable. In better weather there is entertainment outside, but in the evening we preferred to sit inside. There are plenty of trips guests can do. Our daughter went swimming in the cave out from the bay for 25€ . A small ferry goes over to Herceg Novi for 5€ each way when the weather is good enough. Or there is the odd bus (very cheap) or a taxi for about 12€ to the Old Town. There are buses from Herceg Novi to Kotor and Dubrovnik. These trips can be arranged at the hotel if you don't want to go it alone. We really enjoyed the hotel vibe despite having only three decent days weatherwise. The pool area is pleasant, but in mid October the sun goes down around 2pm, so it is not perfect for sunbathing at this time of the year. The sparkling wine is great and is French and the house wines are very drinkable. If you ask for a cocktail with a particular branded spirit you will get a better cocktail than the premixed version. The dining experience was very pleasant with fabulous views from the restaurant. We could see that the food was carefully prepared and proudly presented, but we felt that many of the main courses lacked seasoning and therefore tasted quite bland. I enjoyed the pork dishes and the freshly made pizza in particular. My morning omelette was also a daily treat. In October there was an issue with wasps, just a seasonal thing. Friends we made used the spa and loved it. 20% off prices was offered. The gym looked pretty good too. We felt the hotel could do with a little shop to sell all the thing

We had a great stay. The natural light that wakes up every morning and reflects the sun on the houses has a warming effect on your heart on cold winter days. The rooms are comfortable, especially shampoo and cream smell very good. Especially the employees are friendly and interested. Many thanks to Nik, Marina and Vladan! This place, calling itself a ”hotel,” was a disaster, with a long list of terrible things. The roof-pool you see on the hotel's pictures isn’t actually located at another hotel, and it was not mentioned at all! You need to climb about 200 meters to reach the other hotel where this pool is (although they offer as well driven cart to the other hotel). Once you get there, you can ”win” the second row of the pool's beds because you don't belong to this specific hotel- meaning they are making you a second-class guest. Moreover, there was no shampoo provided at all at the bathroom, only body soap. The AC was not working well. The temperature did not go below around 24 degrees even though I had set it to 19 degrees. As a result, I sweated throughout the night and couldn't sleep well. The hotel claim that the sun affected the temperature, but the curtains were closed, and there is no sun at night! To add to the misery, there was no hot water in the shower one evening at 7pm. I was told to wait and check again at 10pm, only to be informed that the issue was fixed. But, as you might have guessed, it wasn't. When I request to use another room's shower, they told me I couldn't and suggested I wait a little longer. I asked the reception to consider a compensation, but they completely refused. When we got back home, I emailed the hotel's chain management to get a real reference about this whole stay, and they did apologized, but could not offer me any refund because I didn't book our stay directly from the hotel. Instead, they did offer me a next stay discount- which I will never use of course. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review for a high score 4 stars rated hotel. In my opinion save yourself the trouble and avoid staying there or any other place connected to their name. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review. ps, attached a pic' of the toilet that was located at a narrow place to sit comfortably enough.

was promised mountainous views, instead got a view of the car park and some trees. hot tub is not at all private and can be seen from every angle and is filled with grime. nothing within walking distance of the hotel. kids screaming everywhere. breakfast is rubbish. overpriced stay. staff is nice. ‘private’ beach is not at all private and is filled with screaming kids as well as people who aren’t staying at the hotel. terrace is filthy, returned from a day out to find shattered glass all over our floor. room service delivery fee is 20 euros ON TOP of price of food. advertised as child free adult only hotel but is not at all true, sat at breakfast and on ‘private’ beach with screaming kids everywhere. breakfast buffet is extremely underwhelming and not very good at all. don’t recommend this hotel.

酒店設施很新，不到100€的價格屬於物超所值。離kotor古城大概步行30分鐘，會路過幾個不錯的海邊餐廳，打車6歐左右。房間麪積也大，服務人員非常友善英語也不錯。早餐很好，是點餐的，比自助要好

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel Service attitude: The service staff at this hotel was very welcoming and she was able to answer our questions with enthusiasm and patience. Environment: the view from the room was exceptional! You can see the mountains and the bay view, and at night you can see the two sides of the lake lit up. Because this hotel is on a hill, the air is particularly good! I will still stay again if I come to Montenegro next time
