Location: 5-10 mins walking to KSL, not considered near especially with current hot weather. Service: Counter staff is friendly but they assigned me only at #07 cos that’s what we paid for. They offered to safekeep my luggage while I go shop at KSL Room Condition: Cleanliness is ok. Room is big. Bed and pillow is ok. Toilet is ok, basic toiletries provided. Only bath towels and need to request for hand towel, if required. Nothing to wow about. Breakfast: Spread is ok, service staff is friendly. I like the way they handle fruits, it was put in a fridge to keep freshness. 👍 Overall: Room is dated however size is good Feedback: Hotel should consider painting regularly the room entrance and toilet ceiling as it looks moldy due to Aircon ducting. The moldy affects the first impression that the room is dirty.

Very suitable for families with young children. They have free shuttle at few places on scheduled timing, but more convenient to drive by car as its away from the city. Carpark is behind the front of the hotel but staff was very helpful to show us with map on how to get there in 2 minutes. Overall, the room is clean BUT there were 2-3 table tops which were sticky, we had to clean it ourselves, looks like sweet residue. There were also ants on the sink area & wall in 2 single-bedded bedroom. We are glad we had the privacy of 2 separate rooms, but we kept them opened. There is no view outside the window but we are okay with it. We still like it though as staff were very prompt, polite & helpful. We can feel the hospitality. There is a reasonable size gym with variety of equipment but no swimming pool. Maybe during checkout can remind us to let the counter tap our Touch & Go for complimentary parking, luckily there were many posters at the lobby to remind us to do so. Breakfast buffet was included, the spread is reasonable and the food was good considering its included in the room. Thumbs-up for the price which trip.com offer with my coins. Check in was smooth room was ok, saw a cockroach crawling into the drainage in bathroom while enters. This is a connecting room so sound proof is a no no you can heard next door swiping tiktok whole night. If you are Malaysian make sure you book without tourism tax cause if you ask the hotel they will said it’s chargeable even you are Malaysian where other hotel will do a refund.

Come with 4 single beds , big enough for a family of 4. Room comes with 2 toilet which is great as no need to wait to use . Room is clean and come with all basic amenities. Good location w a lot of food nearby . Parking will be outdoor of the hotel however they have security guard so it a plus! Need to put RM100 refundable deposit . And an extra RM20 if you need extra room key. Recommend to come if you are looking for a short stay.

We stayed at this hotel for a quick transit before going out to Legoland. The family room is looks new, modern furnished, and spacious enough for our family of 5 (2 adult, 3 children). It is quite far from the JB city center, but really close to Legoland (5-10 min taxi ride) and also the SG-JB 2nd Link. There are some supermarket arround the hotel and for breakfast, a delicious Nasi Lemak is just arround the corner. Very recommended hotel.

Always be my target hotel to stay, 15 mins from JB but this place quite heavy traffic

My second stayed here and breakfast is included if booked directly online. The receptionist and staff are helpful and friendly. The facilities are very complete. Room as per picture .. fast check in/out. Bed are very comfortable. Everything is worth and nice. 24-hrs Indian Muslim food just opposite the hotel. Perfect location. Nearby to Paradigm Mall & Sutera Mall JB. 5 stars facilities with 2 stars price. The room is cosy and very clean. Parking is limited but easy to find behind or surrounding the hotel. A decent buffet style breakfast consists of noodles/nasi lemak, sausages, nuggets, bread with jam & butter, half-boiled eggs, juices, coffee & tea. Better than what I expected. Definitely will stay in this hotel again for my next business trip here! I will return to this hotel for future stay. The location of the hotel is superb, just a ten minute walk away bars and restaurants a plenty, what makes it so special is the way they make you feel very welcome, from cleaning staff, and receptionists a really great team. However, you would be able to hear noise from the street. If you are sensitive to noise or prefer soundproof, suggest to booked the windowless room.

The stay was really comfortable and it is easy to get around with Grab. However, the walk to Aeon Tebrau might be a little challenging in the evening due to the high traffic flow. The staff are really friendly and they even whatsapp me to check with me constantly on my check-in time :) Overall, a great stay!

Location is abit ulu. There's basement parking available and security guard on patrol. Room is new and clean. Kids love the bunk bed. When checking out, receptionist said that payment wasn't receievd and insisted that I made payment on the spot. The payment was prepaid online during booking. Although emails and Trip.com app showed that payment has been made, receptionist still insisted that I had to produce bank transaction to prove that payment has been made. Internet-called Trip.com helpline and the CSO acted promptly to help me resolve the issue.

Stayed overnight and tried staying here for the 1st time. Hotel location was a little out of the way from the city but it was safe and secure, with security guard to check vehicle before entry to the carpark. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean. Used the gym and it had plenty of equipment and provided water and towels for guests. Room was big and spacious. Will definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.
