As a foreigner having lived in China for quite a few years, this hotel was very traditional Chinese / Tibetan styled. The service was outstanding. I asked for more coffee, water and various other things without an issue. They were very accommodating with the use of translators and they were very patient. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked well, there was a bathtub and the water was hot. The t.v had one or two channels in English, which one fine, as we were not there to watch it, but good to know. Of course all was in Chinese, but we are in China :) Managers, Concierge, Reception, girls at the tea area, girls at the breakfast reservation area and chefs were all super friendly. They gave us free tickets to see the tibetan show, which was really awesome. They have their own stage on the other side of the hotel where you can go and watch it. Definitely was worth seeing. They offered to drive us to the scenic spot and to the airport, without asking. So they really go out of their way to help you. So those were some of the amazing experiences above. My key point for anyone that stays here as a foreigner. - The food is TRADITIONAL, Jiuzhaigou is a small place with barely any western options. There is a Steak place 500m from the hotel, which you can order from Meituan straight to the hotel. There is also a KFC, that is about 4.4 km away from the hotel. The food can take an hour to an hour and a half, due to the distances and very few drivers. But, you do have days where they are super quick. So basically, this hotel is recommended to foreigners whom are familiar and used to traditional chinese food. The rest was absolute bliss. Hope this helps going forward Thanks for reading

Oh my god, the room is really beautiful and the decoration style is very nice! Specially for filming, the room also has speakers, which makes it very comfortable. The young lady was very gentle and enthusiastic and would drive us to the room. It's snowing and innocent Jujujumei Tianna!

Extremely spacious room with a fake fireplace, seating area and a little balcony (although no chair or table so can't really sit outside). Bed is really comfortable and the room was quiet apart from noisy neighbors in the hallway. Bathtub and nice shower. The hotel is very dated but grandiose and expansive, making busy Jiuzhaigou seem quiet. It's set back from the street which helps with noise. It's a smoking hotel though which is unpleasant for non-smokers. The pool was closed and nowhere to be found. Breakfast was fine, some non-Chinese options and basic coffee.

The bedding in the room is clean and hygienic. The room is very cozy. At the beginning, there was a lack of quilts and pillows. I contacted the front desk and it was quickly dealt with. The aunts in the restaurant were very enthusiastic, and they brought bread and eggs. I was afraid that we would not be able to eat well, and we were in a foreign land. You can also feel the warmth of family, it is recommended to stay

The environment is clean and tidy. The boss is okay and took the initiative to help adjust the accommodation type. Various facilities are also comfortable to use

The boss and the proprietress are particularly enthusiastic. Because the hotel does not have an elevator and we have so much luggage, the lady boss helped us move upstairs one by one. We have been out to play for almost two weeks, and there are a lot of dirty clothes, which were originally hung in the shed outside after washing by hand. The lady boss saw that we were preparing to wash by hand and let us use the washing machine, which saved a lot of time and effort. When I went to Jiuzhaigou to play, the boss personally picked him up. Although we had our own car this time, the boss told us that the parking lot is expensive and far away, and it is more convenient for them to send it. Watching the love of the ages at night also sent us to the gate, and when we came back, we walked back because we had dinner nearby. Came here for about a quarter of an hour, very close. By the way, the Sichuan restaurant and Tibetan restaurant recommended by the boss taste great!

This time I accompanied my children to Jiuzhaigou to play. I set off late from Chengdu. I booked the Yuyu Hotel on the road. I expected to arrive at the store at 7 o'clock. I didn't expect to encounter a traffic jam. It was almost 11 o'clock to the store. The hotel waiter contacted us in advance. It rained and cooled us down. Turn on the air conditioner in advance. This is very good and feels very warm, because I know that we have added quilt pillows with children.

Free special car to Jiuzhaigou Goukou Scenic Area and scenic station: the conditions are very good, you can eat, and the service is warm. The boss family is very kind and a warm-hearted person. The hotel is very comfortable, staying for two nights to pick up and drop off Jiuzhaigou, I wish business prosperity! Need to remind the store, the two women in the restaurant, they said that they were not with the hotel. If I didn't look at the face of the hotel's female boss, I would definitely not give the restaurant a good review, because the breakfast was very general, the child did not eat, and received the adult money. The dinner ordered in the restaurant is not cost-effective! It is commendable that the hotel accommodation and service are very good. Originally, the restaurant and the hotel could see that they were the same family. Why did the two restaurant women say that they were not together? I wouldn't have eaten at the hotel if I hadn't looked at the service face.

Very good hotel, very close to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, the hotel environment and facilities are humanized layout, giving people a very comfortable feeling, I hope I can stay in this hotel next time you come here!
