The room is beautiful but a little noisy due to the neighbours doors opening and closing as well as the cleaning staff room was next to the room I stayed in. Yes the view outside the window was ugly with the stalled construction but generally I kept the curtains closed anyways. The tea and coffee set are really good, and the heated floors are the best for a cold morning! The included breakfast was also worth it! I chose the hotel because it has the hot springs but because they close at 9pm I did not have time to enjoy them after my hike in the park and after having dinner because I spent more time outdoors. Keeping them open until 10 or 11pm would be best for people like me!

When checking in, I encountered mainland tourists who jumped in line to check in. The front desk staff was able to put our check-in aside and let the mainland tourists who jumped in line check in first. We are obviously already checking in. Jumping in line seems reasonable. My child took the cup noodles to the front desk to ask for hot water, but the front desk staff did not help at all, and the child even burned his hand. This hotel does not have children's toothbrushes and slippers. Even if I asked the front desk, they didn't provide them. The front desk said that they were a new hotel and hadn't prepared these sanitary products yet. Next, around 8pm, the wash basin leaked and water was all over the floor. I called the front desk to complain, and the front desk sent a staff member to look at the large puddle of water on the ground and said that the sewer was blocked, which was why the water leaked, and then left. We thought we were going to get cleaning supplies, but after waiting for 20 minutes, there was no sign of anyone. It turned out that they were not planning to mop the floor. Were they just waiting for us to handle it ourselves? After that, we called the front desk again, and a staff member came to deal with it 5 minutes later. The efficiency is really poor. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, the water was very small, and the hot water was hot and cold. Regarding air conditioning, it was quite cold on the day we checked in, and it snowed the day before. We turned on the heating, and it was still super hot no matter how much we adjusted it. We asked the staff at the water beach to help us make it cooler, and he did so. But we were too hot to sleep all night. We called the front desk the next day and found out that the heating was central and could not be adjusted in the room. So what happened to the staff who mopped the floor last night? Can't you tell us? Really bad.

Hotel excellent, Service Incredible, attention great, food delicious. Everything was ok. Nevertheless Trip offered us a Theater Tickets and the staff said, this is not a reservation from Hotel, they don’t have tickets, this issue need to clarify directly with Trip. Until now nothing clarified with trip. Offering extra events without respect about that is not a good service. Sorry. We took a foot bath Massage sesión, they had a extra charge for the oil they used. That was not fair. Nevertheless I will use again this hotel, reservation directly with hotel and no massage. As I commented, the best hotel in Jiuzhaigo.😌

The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and there is an electric blanket on the bed. There is hot water, a microwave oven, and tea on the first floor of the hotel. 4. The location of the hotel is very good. You can see it as soon as you get off the high-speed train (open the navigation in advance to locate the hotel location). There are many varieties of food to eat out, and there is also a small supermarket. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the entrance of the scenic spot. 5. It is also very convenient for the hotel to go to Zhenjiangguan High-speed Railway Station. The lady at the front desk can help us arrange a car. Because we are in a hurry, this is faster. When we were approaching Jiuzhaigou, there were so many people soliciting customers on the road that they followed us so far in their cars. It was really annoying. I looked at several hotels and finally decided to stay at Xingyu. The room was clean and cost-effective. The boss was very helpful in booking tickets for Jiuzhaigou and Eternal Love for us. Will recommend friends to stay here!

Nice place and one of the cheaper options for visiting Jiuzhaigou which was only a 10-15 min walk away. The ladies on the front desk were super friendly and helpful. The only flaw of the place was the shower heads were covered in limescale which is a little gross but other than that it was all good!
